A+ customer service. I arrived very close to closing time, like 5 minutes. They didn't have the boots i wanted but the young lady at the counter was very helpful and took the time to order them online and have them sent to my house. Free shipping I was there past closing time but never felt rushed. Nice job.
I went here to get a craftsman impact socket and warranty one of my sockets. The process of warranty was quick and the guy working warranty was nice, so was the cashier there in the tool department. Not to busy here either, shelves as I saw were stocked, which is a problem with other sears. I would recommend this place for tools, appliances, garden, and clothes. Update: went to buy a craftsman 1/4 impact driver, good for the price. Again excellent customer service, even when I returned my scan tool, quick and painless process. Probably one if the best Sears stores in the company. Also it is pretty busy there. I got to say it is better than bergners in the mall.
We were going to buy a vacuum, but nobody came by to help. We found a lady working in the area, but she couldn't help us. She asked a group of guys working there, but they said they were busy. The were busy standing around and not working. The nice lady got another lady to help is, but she walked off because she wasn't interested in helping. The customer service here is ridiculous because there is none. We are now buying a vacuum someplace else and I diny care if I have to spend more money on it, as long as I have a competent sales clerk who is willing to help me. Sears sucks for customer service.
I am so sad to see them go. Most of the items on the shelf didn't have a price ,disappointmen, deceitful. They have some hand towels for $11 and that was after I went to register to ask for prize check . It was just a hand towel at Sears , and you call that a going out of business sale? I could get better pricing , and quality somewhere else.
Went to get a tire leak fixed. Tire was unrepairable. Didn't even inflate spare to proper psi. Paid $20 for them to change my tire....after waiting 30 minutes after my appointment time to get in. Should have gone to F&F.
It's obviously dying. Everything is terrible quality with the except of the appliances and the tools, it's dirty, employees don't care and there is really no reason to shop there. I don't go unless I'm with people old enough to remember it's Glory days, which are obviously dead and gone. I'd say close it, but that would add another empty storefront to an already mostly empty mall.
I went to buy a carseat stroller combo. It was advertised for $139.99. When they rang it up it was $189.99. I showed them it was on sale. They become very rude to me. They refused to sell it advertised price n threaten to call security on me. I will spend my money elsewhere from now on.
I have always loved Sears and their great prices. Unfortunately this store is going out of business. If you're looking to get some great deals on some things you've been putting off on buying, Now's the Time!
Bought a rack and daughter in law bought a table. The worker's loaded the table said the wouldn't load the rack. They were very rude. Maybe because they are closing their doors they don't care how they treat their customers.
3 stars down, each for a different incident 1. I scheduled my appointment online because they were not picking up phone. When I arrived I found the store closed 1PM!. A clerk at Sears store at the mall said they'd be open the other day Friday. 2. The other day was open and I told the older gentleman at the desk about the previous negative experience. He replied something like not his fault instead of apologise. Generally, it was not pleasant to deal with him because of his arrogance. 3. The mechanic. He refused to do alignment because locking nut on the tie rod was not tighten. The nut he'd be loosening anyway to adjust the steering. Nothing to do with safety. He sent me 20 miles to go home, get it tighten and come back. I never went back. And I will not be coming back!
