Dr. Bennett was excellent and very well informed. I've had more than a few eye doctors, and most are quiet and pretty straight forward. That's good and all, but I kind of like Dr. Bennett's approach of being very talkative and making me feel at ease with any concerns I might have. She explained everything very thoroughly and I honestly felt I received a level of customer care that no other eye doctor has provided. I don't post MANY reviews online for businesses I visit, but when I do, it's because someone went above and beyond like the staff at this store did. I will be visiting again!

I have worn eye glasses & contacts for 35 years. I have never been impressed enough by any eye services to be loyal to one office or optometrist. I went wherever I could find an opening. Until I started visiting this location of Sears' Optical. Dr. Bennett is outstanding. Amazing care. And Heather & Conner do a fabulous job with the office, eyeglass sales and ordering contacts. I have consistently been visiting this office for my yearly checkup along with my daughter for the last 6 years and would recommend it to anyone!

I love Dr. Bennett. She is so nice and cheap too. $50 for the whole exam. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I have been going to Dr. Bennett since at least 1984, when she was based at Bannister Mall. Thirty-five years and counting...

Loved the doc and front desk staff. Got in quickly. Nice selection of glasses.

Consistently decrease in customer service and increase in wait times over the years. C onto waste your time.

Quite happy with everything. I always recommend this location.
