Such a fun store and truly open to ALL! I'm just a home cook but loved to learn about all of the high quality commercial products they carry as well picked up so many fun and long lasting items for my own kitchen at such good prices. Super organized, clean and airy, and staff were super nice, efficient, and knowledgable. I hang out in grocery stores to see pretty labels and for inspiration and this store has brought a new joy to my life. Thank you!
The food is always well made, their seasonal menu is fun, and the prices are low enough that you don't feel bad after.
Best store for restaurant equipment in the puget sound area and Washington state
As an avid home cook, I probably spend a good chunk of my disposable income here. Staff is great, great selection, and they’ve been very good about returns when I’ve had issues with their products. I’ll be buying a lot more from them.
It was my first time at this store ,we didn't feel welcome, we were the only customer in the entire store, no ones talk to us, no one greet us . We didn't feel welcome. there were about 2 to 3 white man in there 50 or 60 's sitting in the register part of the store. we venture around and got out. I will never go there , no need to bring my business to place I don't feel valued and acknowledge. is the darker color of our skin the cause of us not being approached or greeted, or acknowledge? it is difficult to say.
This is a gem of a store for a homecook foodie. You get some of the best kitchen gadgets for a fraction of the price of high end kitchen supply boutiques. I needed metal measuring cups and William Sonoma was charging $50 for a set. I found a nearly identical set at this place for $15. The person at the counter was super helpful in finding what I needed and answered any questions I had. If you are looking for something specific for your kitchen, go this store first before you try Amazon or other kitchen stores.
We replaced our fryer. The process was super easy, the appliance was in stock, the installation was on time and quick 3 business days from order, outside our operating hours. We'll visit the store soon!
As an avid cook, I always come to this place first before checking Amazon or other restaurant supply places. This store always seems to have what I need and for half the price of most places. Great customer service as well.
Difficult customer service. Unfortunately, I'm only able to get responses to my emails when it's about purchasing something new rather than fixes to new purchases. While it may cost a little bit more, it may be worth it to purchase elsewhere to avoid the hassle with deliveries/installations/repairs.
After opening a new restaurant last year and looking into several restaurant supply places in the area I found SRS associates to be incredibly professional. Returned my requests for quotes on appliances and larger items quickly. I found most of the smaller items I needed in the store and was able to order the convection oven and John Boos bakers table I wanted. They also quoted a better price than other places. I worked mostly with Frank and cannot over state enough how helpful and professional he was during every interaction. He made sure to follow up and email me after I purchased the convection oven to tell me about a rebate I could apply for thru my energy company. Which I did and was able to get back over $300. The store itself is smaller than some of the bigger chain restaurant supply places but you can always order just what you need and I found the staff to be much more helpful and friendly than the other "appropriately named" supply place. I go out of my way to shop at SRS whenever I need more equipment. Thank you for your excellent service!
