Very understaffed and bad service. Morning rush with only 2 people on. Took dem almost 20mins to take our order after we were seated. When they finally arrived I ordered potstickers which wasn't available in the morning and that was not mentioned in the menu that it wasn't avaliable, they just left again before I could put in the order that I wanted and it was barely even 10 seconds!!! Took them another 10 minutes to get back to take our order and that's cause we flagged them down! It was ridiculous! This is by far the worse service I've ever received! The only reason I'm giving a star is because the food was OK. The eggs were dry, they didn't do poached and there's not much bread options. The sausage was not bad. N their hot chocolate was pretty good. Other than that, I really don't recommend this place and there's almost no saving grace about this place
KEEP WALKING BY FOR SOMETHING ELSE! The menu is very limited, especially for breakfast. My food came warm, not hot, as it had obviously been sitting on the warmer for some time. The coffee is the equivalent of Folgers, which is not acceptable in Seattle, or any airport considering the price. Service was ok, but not great, didn't get a water ever. The furnishings are old and worn, and there is nowhere to charge devices.
The service unparalleled in the sense that I’ve rarely experienced such tripe. The prices are outlandish, even for Seattle and airport standards. My quesadilla was as if someone yelled the instructions from the bottom of a well. The vegetables were raw. The whole exterior was soaked in what I assume is butter. Two stars because the server was clever and didn’t come back until it was time to pay.
Sea-Tac Airport: Seattle Tap Room is busy, but tranquil. Tired travellers don't make for boisterous company! They don't serve flights, only 14oz or 20oz! The brews they serve are from Washington State. The Alaskan Amber from Alaskan Brewing Co. Is a light, smooth, malty friend. Delicious company for a long heart to heart. Trickster IPA from Black Raven Brewing is moderately hoppy, well-balanced and smooth, with a subtle hint of bitterness in the aftertaste. Elysian Space Dust IPA from Elysian Brewing in Seattle is a powerfully hoppy brew, delicately balanced. It is has a sweet fragrance, smooth foretaste, and the lingering caress of a hoppy aftertaste. Good stuff!
There was a bug smashed onto my plate! Easily one of the most disgusting experiences I have ever had. Now I go hungry too! Wonderful.
Sorry to say this but it was the worst experience ever. Food: we ordered clam chowder for my daughter , tap room special burger for my self and Fish and chips for my wife . Not even one dish was good , I would say from service to food to presentation was a terrible experience. May be they are busy all the time and don’t care much because it’s just travelers .. Service : You fight for a table and you get one. And terrible interaction .
That's a good place to have your beer while you are waiting for your flight. You should manage your time. They are crowned and takes time to get your order through pay your bill.
Entirely sub par food. A short walk down and you can get much more flavorful food from McDonalds for a fraction of the price. Also their burgers don’t come with cheese! When they ask you what cheese you want they are up selling you and they charge you almost a dollar for a slice of cheese. Also their drinks are way over priced, although that may be the same throughout the airport. Service was extremely impersonal. When I got the receipt I pulled out my card and put it on the table while I read the receipt. The waiter took my card off the table and took the receipt while I was reading it and walked off. I do not recommend going here.
Terrible service, below average food, and overpriced. We ordered supposedly two of the best dishes there buffalo chicken sliders and taproom burger but it didn't taste good at all, it was a pretty sad meal. I chose not to tip bad food and service, and I'm a student on budget and the waitress was extremely rude about it. She asked me couple of times to tip her and said "you should tip because this is America" and then waited for me to tip, I was shocked at her attitude so I politely said "no, thank you". Then she retaliated by saying "next time go to Mcdonalds or some other place, don't come here". Pretty surprised how people feel entitled to a tip and think their customers are obligated to tip, it's a choice.
Good bar for a beer or drink while waiting for your flight. I give it 4 stars because they have some good beers on tap.
