More than 500 SU students study abroad in 45 countries each year while earning credit toward their degrees.
The Education Abroad Office serves as a central resource to faculty who are planning education abroad programs and to students considering study abroad as part of their Seattle University experience. Resources include a library of program materials and a growing website. This information, combined with personal advising, will assist faculty in program design and guide students toward appropriate program choices to match their intellectual and inter-cultural goals and competencies, major and graduation requirements.
We live in an increasingly globalized world where economies, cultures, and people are continually converging. In order to empower students to be leaders in this globalized society, Seattle University has committed to internationalizing our campus, our curriculum, and our student experiences. Education Abroad is an invaluable part of that commitment.
