Great vape store but since the new law against flavors which in my opinion is bogus they have a good selection even now with clear and tobacco flavors. Huey is awesome! I'll miss Thrasher he was such a caring, loving person :

The first thing the person at the counter said was he's on shrooms and then said that they didn't carry the item that I have purchased there over half a dozen times. I totally understand. It's a smoke shop and people are usually high, but Jesus Christ.

One of the few shops that actually know about the hobby/culture. I think the employee's name was Lacey, she was very friendly and knowledgeable about just about everything. We chatted for a while and it was very refreshing to be able to actually chat about the hobby and not just get sold stuff like most other shops in my area do I'm from the bay area they had some rare coils for my tank so I bought 2 of them since the 2 closest shops near me never have them in stock. Price was good too. Would definitely go here again and if I'm in the area again I will be sure to pick up something here!

One of the worst run businesses in the area. They're never open on time if at all seemingly some days and NEVER answer their phone. They don't keep up on their stock so don't expect consistency on a product you like. The employees at the Grover location are great, but the management and owners have obviously checked out. I had an uncomfortable encounter at the Santa Maria location where a customer "joked" about helping himself to take my car in a somewhat threatening manor while an employee or potentially owner after asking around stood there laughing doing NOTHING about the situation. He even pulled the racism card when I wouldn't let him take my card after acting sus. Not to mention he was obviously intoxicated. I wish I was making all this up but I can go for days on how messed up this company is, NEVER GIVE THIS BUSINESS YOUR MONEY. If I could give a lower review I would.

Definitely will not be returning. When I was checking out, the lady at the register made an unwarranted and disrespectful comment about my appearance. I believe in treating everyone with respect, especially people you don’t know. You never know what people are going through, and that one rude comment may ruin their day, or push them over the edge. Besides the bad customer service the selection was pretty decent so if you can get past that then this place is fine. I’m trying to find something nice to say about this place so that’s why i felt the need to mention that. I won’t be stooping to their level.

Thrasher was great, he had a couple people in the store when I came in, and he had all of us taken care of with top notch service. Will definitely be back. Great shop, great employees, great service. Thanks, Thrasher, and thanks, Sector!!

This is the best store of it's kind in the central coast if this is your thing I highly suggest you get there and check it out I was from out if town and knew none of these people and was impressed immediately.
