They were very friendly here with very fast service.
I will never go to this store again. The lady that was working the day I went was so awfully rude. I was trying to return a damaged item and the vendor sent me a QR code to print a label and when I was telling her what they sent she automatically turned nasty and informed me this is a small town not a big city. Umm hello I know that as I have lived here for many years. Instead of offering a solution she just kept spewing nasty things about living in a small town. If you don't like it lady leave.
They accept packages for people that don't have a post office box they're for $5
I didn't end up using their services because they don't scan QR codes for FedEx boxes for returns. Not sure what other services they do offer but the lady behind the counter was nice.
Went there to mail off a gift. The girl at the counter was very sweet and helpful, she actually carried my package from my car to the store for me. As it was too heavy for me. Will definitely use their services again and again. I enjoyed my experience there.
Employee was nice enough. They do have Cats & Dogs in the lobby very friendly but if you're allergic, or don't like animals this might not be the place for you.
I'm missing work today just so I don't miss the FedEx delivery to my house because then I'll have to pick it up tomorrow at this office and I'd rather not. They always seem to have a mean demeanor about them and I can't even ask a simple question without getting yelled at in response. If you're looking for information about YOUR package they have the answers but they're not going to get out of their chairs to help you in any way. I would go way out of my way to avoid this office and these people.
Picked up several packages today. They where organized and able to confirm all my packages without issue. Original review Horrible customer service. Got a "box" for package delivery as I am only in the area for a few months. Had to keep telling the girl at the counter I had more packages. She pushed back and told me twice that I didn't without even looking. I pulled up the Tracking and said yes I did then when she went and looked both times I had more packages. No apology and both times she was extremely rude when I asked her to do her job and get my packages.
