I got a manicure that did not last one day from the shop. I called complain and ask for the manicure to be redone and all I got was you need to get gel I don't do gel products because it ruins my nail all the owner Nancy could say is you need to get gel if you want it to last. From the pictures and reviews that I see here gel doesn't last at the salon either, I will not be back.
I have been there 2 times in the last week I went because my gel chipped in 3 days so I went back paid 21$ for change gel because it chipped . I swear the next day my new gel I got chipped again. It has like air bubbles and my gel is cracking.I would have just spoke to the owner but the first time she did nothing and I’m not going to ask her to change it . The customer service is bad and the owner I believe she will just argue or charge more like . Do not get your gel I don’t even do much with my hangs at all this is Like unbelievable how the gel is cracking . Do not recommend. At this point I have to do just buy my own gel machine I’m so over this . I’m very upset .
If you decide to go to this place, please ask for pricing before and pay attention to how much the charge others. I got a regular pedi, I was charged 22. A young girl maybe 14 yrs old got the same service, she was charged 27 no gel
Bad attitude, service and products. Went back today since my nails didn't last more than a week I went on 9-24-2016 to get gel nails done and by 9-28-2016 they began chipping at the cuticle and they should last around 2weeks so I was upset that they started to chip but since I had gone to that Solon for years I thought it would be easy to go and ask them to fix my nails but the head nail tec declined saying that I did not get then done there and that the guy who attended me said he didn't remember doing my nails I told the head tec. that he did and that I had the pictures to prove it but she ignored me. I am not going back horrible attitude and service with bad products that don't last the time they should. They need to be more considerate to the customers that go and spend their money there, the work they do should reflect the amount paid and not have to have issues if the work is not done properly and simply fix the problem

SAVE Your $$$ and Time‼ 1st they buy their nail polish at the $1 Store, I kid you not ....then use so much thinner that it doesn't set on your nails. In 5 yrs I've tried this salon multiple times. BAD ... New ownership took over. Still BAD BAD‼ Tip included $45 - $60 manicure and pedicure, I don't know what they put in their acrylic fill, but it's stunk so bad, AND the acrylic and polishing Never set. The next day I had to file everything down to the bed of the nail, and go to a new salon to have my nails redone. I've gone to beauty schools, ..had new students Not destroy my hands the way this salon has Every Single Time. This place was within walking distance is the only reason I tried them more than once. New ownership took over. The results were horribly the same

One of the ladies there didn’t do my nails good, i showed her a picture and she did them completely wrong. And she took like 2 hours, and she kept getting distracted by her phone, in my opinion i wouldn’t come back.Services: Acrylic nails
Very friendly staff. The lady cut my toe nails because I am so damn old and crippled. Always feel good after the treatment. The one thing is that they dig around my big toe so much lie they are after a bug and sometimes it just hurts.
