Not the best reason to go this time as we had to say goodbye to our baby tweet the cat. The staff at Seneca Hill was their usual helpful staff. They are almost like family and we're upset as well as they treat our pet cats as their own. It is just the two boys left now. :
We brought our 10-week old puppy & cannot say enough good things about the administrative staff, the vet techs & especially Dr. Ludwig. It’s a large practice with grooming services & boarding so it’s busy but everyone took the time to give me the clinical & practical information & advice I wanted. Our son brought our rescued kitten the week prior & was also very pleased. The costs were reasonable and we highly recommend them.
I adore Seneca Hill Animal Hospital, which has cared for our sweet rescue pup for years. We have seen several vets at this practice, and of course many of the friendly, caring staff. Whether making an appointment, being helped by a tech, seeing a doctor, checking out, discussing finances, receiving follow-up/after-care calls, getting a refill, or something else, we are grateful for the kindness and care shown! Thanks, Seneca Hill!!!
Staff and facilities are of the highest order. Comprehensive intake procedures ensures everyone is on the same sheet of music so to speak. Many options for add-ons to pamper/meet your canine family members needs. Not inexpensive, but worth every cent in minimizing "parental" concerns.
Seneca Hill always takes great care of my pups. We have been taking our dogs to the hospital and the resort for years. We trust them to love and care for our dogs when we are away and for their regular check ups and emergency needs. The staff and Drs are warm and welcoming.
They love our pups almost as much as we do!
This is an excellent vet with many caring employees. Dr Custer is professional and straight-forward. I highly recommend them.
Beth the groomer always grooms my dog perfectly! We went to a few groomers before we found her at Seneca Hill and wish we found her sooner. My dog loves her too! We also like the hospital side too. Friendly staff and great veterinarians.
I cannot say enough about Dr. Janice Homan at Seneca Hill. She is kind, compassionate, personable and very knowledgeable. Our cocker spaniel has LOTS of issues, and Dr. Homan keeps track of them all. She remembers what we talked about from visit to visit and is conservative and considerate in her treatment recommendations. The staff is friendly and caring. I have had many pets and have visited many vets over the years, and I have yet to find anyone that I trust and appreciate more than Dr. Homan.
Our experience at Seneca Hill has been exceptional! In my opinion, this clinic is the gold standard of care. The reception desk is friendly and helpful. The vet techs and nurses are incredibly skilled, patient, and kind. As a dog trainer, I particularly appreciate how well they pay attention to dog body language and take care to manage the dog’s stress mine too as much as possible. All of my experiences with the veterinarians have also been wonderful. I usually work with Dr. Welsh. She is kind, knowledgeable, attentive, and truly outstanding. She is creative and has made many accommodations to help me and my very complicated dog. She and the techs always seem to go above and beyond what I expect and act like it’s “just another day”. Recently I brought my other dog to see Dr. Newland. We are both big fans of hers too! I am grateful my friend suggested I try this practice.
