Serendipity is by far the best salon in Grants Pass. I’ve been getting my nails done here for years. I have never been to a more accommodating salon. The girls are all so friendly and personable. I highly recommend Serendipity for all of your beauty needs!Service: Manicure
All I can say is if you want to be treated well and have a good experience, don't go to Serendipity. I wish I could post pictures here but the hair color I received from Makenna was not even remotely like the pictures I showed her. The worst part other than the $170 was the bad attitude and total lack of care from her and being told I should go somewhere else for we had differing styles?? Bizarre really. The haircut was fine and I would have gone back to have her try to fix the color but both she and Kayla treated me like I was at fault and were dismissive and just mean . Never have I EVER been treated that way by a salon. I asked for a refund on the color and they refused. I had saved up for this and really can't afford to go elsewhere but anything is better than being made to feel bad and disrespected. A salon is usually an oasis from that.Services: Haircut
Kayla squeezed me in on my lunch and rescued me from overgrown and uneven bangs! Excellent haircut. Update: Over a year later and still my favorite salon. I appreciate how much Kayla works with my schedule and I always head back to the office feeling more confident knowing my hair looks great
I have to rate based on their care and quality they give. I'm a trained professional salon shear sharpener. These ladies use salon quality shears and they keep their shears sharp, which means they are not tearing hair which can cause split ends. When I first introduced myself I quickly realized they have done their own research. They recognize an untrained sharpener and have not had their shears damaged. I love to maintain the tools of stylist who care about their tools and their clients. I know when I come to this salon they will not hand me fouled up shears they I will need to fix. I can certainly speak for their character which truly rates 5 stars.

The only place in grants pass that does gel nails. Lindsay is professional and very good at what she does. I always feel very welcome when I'm there.
Melissa is the best. I have curly hair and she has done the best job on it. I love this place.
