I have been with Serena Insurance for 15 years. From my first car to my second house. They are a dependable company and work hard to give you the best quote.

Hailey was the agent who originally started my policy. Her customer service was amazing. When it came time to add my new car and renew my policy, Katie went above and beyond to get me the best rate possible. I called in one day when I realized the insurance cards were expired ans spoke with Ivy. I explained what I needed and within a few minutes she had them to me. Everyone at Serna's office has been helpful and so nice. Will definitely continue to be a customer for a long time.

Would give no stars if it was an option. When my wife and I bought our house in 2015 we were recommended to Serna by our mortgage agent. Worst decision ever. To start off our agent failed to submit Windstorm Insurance for us so less than 2 months after closing we were forced to come up with several thousand dollars for the policies. Over the next year was impossible to reliably contact. We often had to call the main office line and ask them to have her contact us. Then in 2017 we decided to switch agents and Serna put up such a fight that we were forced to call the Allstate corporate office to have them intercede on our behalf so that we could switch agents. After all this we found out that Serna had yet again submitted a flood policy for one of our properties but in keeping with the level service we have come to expect from Serna they forgot to list our contents. So for the past year we have been improperly insured and have had to jump through hoops to make sure that this did not happen again. Imagine my surprise when last week our Escrow Company told us that another policy has been submitted by Serna for flood insurance. we were not surprised to find that yet again they had failed to list contents and so we were again improperly insured When we contacted our Escrow Company to put a stop payment on the check Serna turned around and submitted a new policy to generate a second check. We have contacted them but received no answer. At this point we can only considered fraud and will be reporting them to the Texas Department of Insurance in the Attorney General of Texas office. If you value your money, property, or time then you do best to find a different agency.

We have used Serna for several years now after a referral from our mortgage person. They just saved us $2K a year on our new insurance policies. Eric made it super easy to make the switch. We always get reminders when it is time to renew our flood insurance policy. I very much appreciate the service from Serna.

Serna Insurance is by-and-far the most helpful company we have ever worked with. They currently help service our automobiles and new house. It's simple- they find the best rates out there. My wife and I were helped through the whole process by Luke. I tip my hat to that man- great customer service and he is always one email away if I have any questions or concerns. Serna Insurance will have my business for as long as I am in need of insurance. I recently had a situation where my insurance provider was very slow and apathetic in taking care of my claim. Not only did he get my insurance provider to take care of my claim min a timely manner, he also made sure that a manager called me to find out about my experience with the company to avoid any issues with future customers.
