Very rude and unprofessional! They will not return calls and practically call you the customer a liar when to state you left multiple voicemails. Bad goes to worse when they find out you want to cancel your policy. Newsflash you're not the only insurance agent in the state of Texas. When you have an accident on your policy do not look for them for guidance. they will not walk you through the claim process whatsoever. What a shame, being in an accident was bad enough. Then having to deal with them was almost just so bad. Beware

Have several properties listed through this agent, they have always gone above and beyond my expectation to get me the best quotes.. always treated respectful and courteous by everyone in the office....highly recommend Wilkinson Insurance Agency.

Not sure who the medlins are but we dont do business in Idaho or North Carolina, I think they made a mistake on the rating they gave me. We always try to do a good job for our customers.

I honestly don’t know how this place is in business. Every single time I call they never seem to answer. I always have to call the insurance directly so they can help me. This is very annoying because the process takes longer. I feel very sorry for any customer they do have. The hours don’t even seem flexible or accommodate to the customers needs.

Great agency. Processed my claim for me.  Very helpful when I need them.  Good customer service is hard to come by these days.

Truly customer focused. People who are sincere and your team member. No lies no games. #1.  5 star agency.
