Purchased some couches and after a few months had some issues. Called customer service and always spoke to someone, never had to leave a message or wait long. Due to it being a tough year, our issue took awhile to get resolved. Customer service rep was always available to assist and give updates. Treated us well and went above and beyond to help us. Really exceeded all our expectations.
