Central Price Book maintains existing inventory and is updated including new items, cost changes and margins. The price book can be configured for a single site or multiple sites with Price Zones and Global configurations.
Power Price Book is a low cost easy to use price book feature that is used to maintain a price book for a single site or multiple site operator.
Promotions can be setup in the CDB and sent to the POS for Mix N Match or most other types of promotions. Sales comparison reports help manage promotions.
Food Service in the CDB let’s you setup menus and control costs based on ingredients. This tool manages inventory and permits spoilage and waste to be recorded properly so you get a true cost of food versus your ideal cost. Menus can be setup in one location and sent to other locations from the CDB using CPB.
Fuel Marketer
Serves the Fuel wholesaler, Jobber, Marketer. This program permits the user to create quotes, send prices to his customers, make orders and deliveries. In addition the system interfaces to DTN where Prices, EFT Notices, Invoices, CC’s and BOL’s can be downloaded into Fuel Marketer and the data used to update customer prices, etc. Some customers prefer to use only a small portion of DTN interface and manually enter other items.
Compare taxes paid at the pickup point versus what you collected or billed when you dropped the fuel in your customers tanks. Compare freight paid versus collected when using common carriers. Produce billing same day as delivery is made. AR, AP is integrated into CDB.
Fuel Marketer can even update the CDB fuel delivery screens when a load of fuel is dropped in one of their own sites using CDB. This feature saves time and improves accuracy at the retail site.
Digital Dispatch
Is a Call Taking Dispatching Storage Lot management tool developed with AAA and is the only authorized 2 Way interface to D2000 and D3. All Pacesetter and Resolution codes are used. When a call is entered into the D200/SPP Digital Dispatch is updated. Most calls can be closed from Digital Dispatch which will update D2000. This is an ideal tool for the Provider that does more than AAA calls. This system not only does AAA automatically but all your Police, Shop, Commercial and other Motor Clubs can be entered into Digital Dispatch giving you one comprehensive system to manage your towing business.
The Storage lot feature tracks multiple lots, charges by agency, by the hour or day. All initial tow charges and listed separately on the invoices. Inventory of each lot is available on request.
