We had a large flood in our house 9 days before Christmas, 2022. Servpro showed up in under an hour and immediately took control of the situation. We just moved back in to our house after 7 months!!!! and the pack in team has been everything we needed. They know our kids names, help them get their stuff together, and go WAY BEYOND what you think a normal crew would do. Jamie and Kelly are so comfortable and knowledgeable to work with, they are patient, kind, and confident with every aspect of getting the house back in order. Their crew, specifically Stephany, Estephania, Suzanne, Gleason, and Tyrenan, are very careful with your belongings and you can tell they enjoy their job and are proud of their teamwork. Floods and disasters create stress that you would not believe. It is so nice when people show up that are courteous, gentle, and proficient to help ease you back into your life. I fully recommend this team for remediation, pack out, and pack in.
Servpro is a company that you never want to use but often have to when you're on the warranty side of a production home builder. Even though it's not my favorite call to make, I always look forward to dealing with them because of their phenomenal customer care, and my experience with them leading up to, and during the appointment on March 1, 2023, in an upscale subdivision in Fernandina Beach, FL, was nothing short of my expectations. Setting up this job weeks ahead of time meant playing puppeteer over many trades that had to cycle through this house in just a few short days. If one team did not play ball, the whole game would have been a wash. However, my confidence was strengthened thanks to Servpro assistant project manager, Gina Seymore. She kept me well up to date through the whole process and was willing to work with my schedule no matter what happened. She was very responsive to our needs and was always a pleasure to talk to. Her positive actions towards this job reaffirmed me that they would not be the weak link in the chain. In theory, everything was perfectly set up and things were going to go smoothly, but you never really know until the boots hit the ground. Fortunately for me, on the day of the Servpro appointment, it was Tim and Irving who strapped up and I couldn't have been happier with how they performed. They were both knowledgeable, professional, and capable people to be around. They worked with diligence and proficiency. They were kind and respectful to the homeowners and were willing to answer any and all questions they had. Their prep work for the remediation was spectacular and they had no complaints about me hovering for the duration of the job. The tasks were fully completed in good time, and they left the area thoroughly cleaned for the next trade. Tim and Irving are exceptional technicians and deserve to be recognized for their efforts. Once again, I do not like having to contact Servpro for anything, because that usually means something has gone terribly wrong. I will happily pick up the phone, though.
