Located in the Seven Flags Complex in Clive, Iowa, Seven Flags Fitness is an 86,000-square-foot facility designed to help citizens of the greater Des Moines area meet their life and fitness goals in a first-class, hassle-free environment.
Established in 1988 and currently under new ownership, Seven Flags Fitness offers the area’s most unique and comprehensive fitness experience. Conveniently placed near Clive’s city trails, Seven Flags houses indoor tennis and basketball courts, a running track, pool (indoor and out), hot tub, sauna, steam room, café, tanning beds and a kid’s multi-level gym and ball pit. Group fitness classes are offered daily, including cycling, Tae Kwon Do, kickboxing and kettle bells, Zumba and much more. Seven Flags also employees certified personal trainers, a board-certified nutritionist and USPTA certified tennis instructors.
