Horrible customer service, horrible tracking, horrible shipping. Ordered 2 items, received 1 tracking number for both items. 1 item was delivered and confirmation email sent to me said both items were delivered. After emailing and contacting fedex directly found out items were shipped separately with 2 different tracking numbers..... why didnt I get both tracking numbers, why do I get a delivery confirmation for both items when that is a lie. They proved it to me after replying to my emails but did nothing to address the problem. Woody Leal you proved that your system is broken with your replies by email showing screenshots of 2 different tracking and shipments and my replies to you showing your confirmation emails showing only 1. Fix your system if you cant keep up with shipping and tracking this company is in trouble.
The customer support I received from Karina was outstanding. I contacted Seville Classics because two drawer sliders on my 10 year old workbench had broken. I was initially disappointed because I was told they didn’t sell replacement parts but Karina took my information and said she would try and locate replacement rails for me. After that I didn’t hear anything oneway or the other and received a satisfaction survey indicating my ticket had been closed. I assumed wrongly that my request was closed with no resolution. A week or so later I received an unexpected package. To my surprise it contained two new rail sets left and right for my bench at no charge. Karina and Seville really came through for me. Aside from a small communication sanfu this maybe my best customer service experience ever. I guess I miss-understood the meaning of “we don’t sell replacement parts”. I never expected a company would stand behind it’s product ten years after purchase with free repairs. I’ve heard of life time warranties but like unicorns never encountered one. I thought my work bench was ruined instead it’s as good as new. Thank you for your outstanding customer service!
