No 5 star reviews? On 7-23-23 at about 1830, I was standing on the corner of 5th and Market performing a song called Lungs Like Gallows by Senses Fail, strait fast shredder song on my screaming guitar. SF's Tiller firefighter on Ladder #1 had clearly never seen a big black guy play the guitar. As Ladder #1 swung around the 5th Market and turned left, I will never forget the look on their face. They were definitely excited about the fire, but they also looked like they saw a herd of unicorns. Two things can be true!
It's 1:30 in the morning. There's been a piercing fire alarm going off for hours in the 900 block of Folsom LITERALLY RIGHT NEXT TO THE FIRE STATION. These bozos haven't done a thing about it. City's finest, folks.
Parked my car outside of my apartment and was rudely greeted by a firefighter with a giant flashlight telling me to leave. I wake up, the following morning to discover a new car parked in the same spot that I was parked in. Maybe they told me to leave because I’m back? I don’t know.
I live across from this fire station . In fact this is the first time I’ve ever lived this close to a fire station They are the most dedicated group of first responders I have ever seen. They work 24/7 back to back calls on some days .. I sleep a little better each night knowing they I are watching over us all
It was great. A very kind firefighter show me the Fire Station 1 Alley Cats and explain me a lot of things about American fire fighters. For me as a Swiss fire fighter it was very interesting! I bought afterwards a Alley Cats Fire Fighter shirt in navy blue for 20$.
Got a cool tour of the house! My inner 7 year old couldn't help it! Go Alley Cats!!
