Small RV park just outside Yoakum TX. Good location for visiting surrounding areas Victoria ,Cuero ,Edna TX. Nice restrooms laundry ,all back in sites with 50 amp water and sewer. Owner making improvements like double sided dog park and walking trail around small pond. Quiet place to relax and see the stars at night and no trains.
Beautiful wilderness environment. Very quiet. Close to Cuero, Yoakum and Victoria. There is a golf course in each town, restaurants and shopping. Laundry room, game room and bath house are all very nice.
Rick and Shea are folks you can depend on whenever you have an issue. They are the nicest people, they keep their place looking like a park and the facilities - showers and bathrooms and laundry room are immaculate. The little country store on the property has just what you need so you don't have to drive miles to town. I was so sad to leave. I spent 3 months with them and enjoyed a very safe, clean and super friendly environment. I will for sure go back any time I am in the area even if I have to drive a longer distance to my event!! Thanks Rick and Shea for making me feel like family.
