I have friends that live in Shady Lane and it's on the nicer end of mobile/manufactured home parks. This is a very quiet community with a large park besides it with walking trails, a baseball diamond and basketball court, amongst other amenities. The manufactured homes are fairly new, with a few exceptions, and generally kept very clean. There were no spaces available so if you're looking to move out regime you're until, you'd best look elsewhere.
In general I love this place. however there are some things that kind of still hurt my feelings about this place. I'm in the process of selling my trailer and I hope to get it sold soon. The neighborhood looks really great. Very clean. It looked upscale even I would say.
Its fun you get to go to the park almost every day if you live in the front I'm #6 so I go there every day the trailers may be small but I don't care because I'm out until 8:00pm I love singing out side do there is life at shady lane
Quiet, friendly mobile home park. Shady Lane fits it's name. Would not mind living there.
Run down the roads that are in between separating the rows of trailers hardly any room to travel through
Its a nice quite little trailer park next to a community park.
they dont rent you have to buy a home to live here
Dirty small and the train runs within 50 feet of the place i would never live here
