About

As new owners since late October 2017, we have been working diligently to make our campground an amazing experience for all of our campers. We offer six cabins, multiple tent sites, wonderful RV spots and a brand new dog run for our furry friends.



"We are 13 acres located in between Jasper and Harrison Arkansas. We have walking trails, laundry facilities, dog park, rec room. Our park is very heavily Shaded by many large tress. We privately owned and live on the property. Please come and see us."

We just had our family reunion here and everything was wonderful! The grounds and the shower houses were always very clean and stocked. They have a great community building, playground, a splash pad, dog park, and farm animals. Staff is beyond friendly and helpful. Sunday church service was a delight. We had them cater some of the food, it was some of the best BBQ I’ve ever had! Will definitely stay out there again! Nearby activities: Close to: Antique shops, restaurants, convenience store, Jasper, Branson, Eureka Springs.
I stayed here for over a week and it was awesome! The park is very clean and has lots of shade. There are plenty of amenities. The staff is so friendly and they treat you like family! The location is perfect for all those curvy roads for motorcycles. I had so much fun that I am getting ready to make another reservation right now.
My husband and I stayed at Shady Oaks for 2 nights and were sad to leave. The folks here were very hospitable and friendly. Everything was clean and well maintained. Thanks to Petey who loaned my husband a phone charger when he left his home. Just a small example of the friendliness there. Lloyd prayed with us before we headed home..such a thoughtful thing to do. We made it home safely and would love to visit again.
Ray and his wife Anna keep an amazing campground! Ray is so friendly and knowledgeable. The campsite are really nice and their shower houses are super clean and have great hot water. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a wonderful place to get away for a while. Thanks again, Ray, for the great conversations!Service: 5/5
The staff is kind, polite and generous to a fault. They went out of their way to be of service. They met every request we made with a smile, and they most often exceeded all expectations. I hope my family returns every year. If I could give this place SEVEN Stars, I would do it in a heartbeat without a second thought. Noteworthy details: I thoroughly enjoyed the community events such as potlucks, karaoke nights, and campfires. They give the opportunity for community and fellowships that you don't see in many campgrounds. Even when some social events did not go off as planned, the staff was so good natured about it that they made the evening fun regardless. I was impressed by that.
I cannot say enough about this RV park!!! Extremely charming, country setting ran by very kind, hard working people!!! Everything was perfect! Ray and his wife Anna fed us our first night at the park and we very much enjoyed 7 Souths music!!!!! We're definitely coming back!!! Everything about this camp was just right!! Kids riding around on their bikes, playing on the splash pad!! Just great vibes all around!!!!! Ty for your kindness and hospitality!!!! We didn't want to come home!
This is a FABULOUS campground!!! Off the beaten path with beautiful, mature trees and all the amenities!!! They create a great environment for families. Their shower house and laundry facilities are such a wonderful convenience! It’s always a bonus when you take a hot shower in a clean shower house!!!Rooms: 5/5
The staff was kind and made sure that we had everything we needed. They place is well kept and plenty for young kids to do on site. It is in a great location to go to the various hiking trails and other outdoor activities. We look forward to coming there again! Nearby activities: Everything you can imagine is within a short distance from the camp site.
Clean campsite conveniently located near a small town. We had planned on tent camping but it was going to be nipply low 20s. They accommodated us and changed the reservation to a glamping tent with a heater. We will stay here again. Great people - which makes the world of difference!
Ray was a fabulous host! They prepared a cabin for our party of 4 extremely quickly and were some of the most genuine and hospitable folks I've met. We will definitely stay at Shady Oaks the next time we paddle the Buffalo River!
