Great sports park, to jog, walk or just relax.
If I could afford it i would move in faster than a heartbeat. The first impression i got when I first visited shady trails was that I never wanted to leave. They're townhouses are incredibly spacious with plenty of activities set in place to always make sure you are achieving greatness. They have a wonderful pool that is HEATED they're playground is amazing for children and there is always parking whenever I come visit my family. Honestly if my job paid me enough to live there I would love life even more. It is definitely somewhere I want to be in the future and I actually want to work really hard to achieve that goal because no where else is like shady trails.

I was working in this area, so I decided to go to this place. Wow this place is amazing but the only problem is that this place is really beautiful that you want to stay there forever.
I live in shady trails and the places within this fine establishment are wonderful! Parks are beautiful and the amenities here are great!
We when to the pools they really need to be cleaned
Nice place well kept, clean, quiet, respectable,everything runs in an orderly fashion, nobody argues about whether or not someone has reserved the Basketball Courts, the Tennis Court, the BBQ cooking area and the Pool. Everyone respects the distancing rules, wearing masks except in the Basketball Courts and the Tennis Courts. They're regulars. Working out amongst themselves. At night it's very quiet, you almost couldn't tell people live there.
Can't wait to see what the summer is like living here.
This is a well thought out senior community. It has more than enough amenities for the active person. The staff was professional and courteous. I thought this was going to be my future home. Once I learned how much I would be paying in taxes a year plus the HOAin which I'm not against; I realized I would exhaust all my retirement income monthly. This was the only reason I give it a 4.
