Shawn Mallon is a graduate of Manhattan College with a B.A. in finance. He holds two certifications, one by the American College of Sports Medicine and a Fitness certification from Marymount Manhattan College. His team of 7 Personal Trainers all hold bachelor degrees as well as certifications from either the National Academy of Sports Medicine or the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Open since 1993, all trainers reinforce their knowledge through continuing education with the Institute for Human Performance as well as Perform Better seminars – leaders in functional training education.
Shawn was voted Best Personal Trainer by Westchester Magazine and believes that fitness drives high function in both sports and life.
