Once the product has been delivered and cut/ bitten into, the sale is final and no refund will be given. If there is an issue with said baked item, such as cakes, I require a sample THE DAY it was delivered. If I do confirm the issue, then you will get credit to Shay Shay's Bakery (like store credit) but not a refund.
