Great place. Will definitely go again. Advise: bring water, no fountains. WEAR YOUR GEAR! it's not remote by any measure but some lines can be harsh. Nonetheless, I had fun as a beginner.
Great dirt jumps. We're lucky to have this place and the community that takes care of them.
Love this place. Glad to see its still giving kids a great place to hang out and do something positive and physical
I'm among the many homeless people that used to live down at the park. i don't anymore, but for anybody who has complaints regarding the maintenance of this place or about the people who surround this park, you ought to know that the people whom have made these jumps possible to bike on happen to be homeless. Not the city, it's a homeless man who digs up these jumps and maintains them. It's not his responsibility to pick up the garbage that everybody leaves behind.
I've been coming here for over 30 years! Now I bring my kids and it's still just as fun as the first day!
Great hidden park for the kids to practice
Tried to get out there early before everyone else did but was only able to get about 20 mins. Of riding in before people started showing up. Parts of the trails are still wet, so probably not the best time to go right now.
Best place to go to when you just want to ride and have a perspective of three different looking areas all merge into one beautiful place. The grass in green and vibrant, while you would come along an area that looks like it's the desert but covered in dirt that's where the track for riding is and then you come along an area that's all swap like and it looks so cool.
Such a cool place to bike around, and its surrounded by what's left of the beautiful wetlands of Orange County. Too much development for the upper class has destroyed most of this area... then they complain about kids riding bikes. Shameful.
I have been riding here on and off since the early 90s. When you had to jump the water channel to get in. 1st, 2nd and 3rd berm, P.O.W, TiTs, and Bonzi to name a few. Back in the Butler, and Bar Spinner days. Team Huffy representing. Still one if the best spots around.
