Sheila's Kitchen sets aside the towering menu and whips up that specialty desert, Food for the Gods, for the forthcoming occasion that will not only satisfy the delicate palate but also maintains that pre-holiday spirit as well. Soft to the bite and taste balanced perfectly, it's a dates and walnut filled bar that's slightly dense, flavorful and not overly sweet. The essence of dates is palatable and the crunch of nuts a constant feature while you chew on these bars. Don't wince date-haters, you won't even notice you're eating dates when you have these.
Feel your taste buds tingle as you dig in these mouthwatering specialties. Every bite sends you to dessert nirvana, coming back down and returning with the next bite. Don’t deny it, you know your craving for one, or two, or more. These are so good, you’ll really have to leave some for yourself at home if you’re taking it to a party because it won’t be on the table for long.

These gorgeous squares are individually wrapped and placed in earth friendly containers and given away as a very personal and special pasalubong or gift. Or you can simply cozy up with a plate of them and a hot cup of coffee (and maybe even a real live date!).
Shelf Life: The question is–will it even last a day?! Hah. Yes we also ship them and will probably stay good for a little over a week. If you’re keeping them at home, stick them in the fridge and only take them out an hour before devouring them. They’ll be perfectly chewy.
