A Licensed Massage Therapist to help heal injuries and chronic pain in a relaxing and professional environment.
Shelby Koroly is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist. She graduated from the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage with 1000 hours of training. Shelby is an insured professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
Shelby’s goal for every client is to integrate the body for optimum function and maximum performance. If you are looking for a proven professional who can help you address strain patterns of everyday life (daily computer use, texter thumb, airplane commuter seat syndrome, etc.) old accidents, new injuries, or chronic pain such as fibromyalgia, then consider working with Shelby. Through myofascial release, trigger-point therapy and Swedish massage, Shelby can relieve effects of stress, chronic pain, headaches, repetitive motion syndromes and tendonitis.
Her path to becoming a massage therapist came out of her personal need to solve chronic pain patterns stemming from a couple of structural deformities that she was born with (scoliotic curve, sacral iliac joint dysfunction) as well as ones that stemmed from her pregnancies (piriformis syndrome, chronic headaches).
Along with Shelby’s affinity to help heal others, she has gone into other paths of health and fitness following her love of yoga and body building. Shelby is independently working to become a yoga instructor as well as a Certified Personal Trainer to assist in posture correction, muscle stretching techniques, as well as muscle building methods.
Shelby is largely pain free, and is passionate in helping her clients find their own freedom from pain as well.
