Shelby's Coin Laundry

This is a local combination laundry mat and service. My family has used it for comforters which at the time were too large. They did a good job. I used then recently due to my dryer dying. So what was the experience? It took around $.75 or so to dry a 1.5 load of laundry. That was easy. The other customers were nice. The person there was helpful. I would not look for overall friendly, just helpful. Machines were marked on the ones that did not work. I used the folding table, it was ok. If you need to laundry, this place works. If you need oversized blankets/comforters cleaned/dried and folded- this place works

I was there on a Saturday morning and the lady was very helpful and kind. I haven’t been to a laundromat in years. The only thing is it’s all coins they do have change there. It would be nice to be able to swipe your credit card and use the washing machines but again it was the old-school laundromat and I had a great experience.

Old machines, about 40% didn’t work/out of order, dryers cost.25 for only 6 minutes then some stop at mid-cycle; unfriendly staff member at front desk. Overall, couldn’t wait to get out of there. Opportunity for a better business model.

Very few front load washers and 1/3 of them don't work. Small, not very clean, leaks on the floor and no air-conditioning. I was in a hurry to do four loads before vacation since my washer was out, but very disappointed. Wish I had gone to the laundromat in Hilliard. Would have been worth the extra ten minutes off my route home.

The workers are mean. Seems like they are mad at you for having to do their job. None of their machines or dryers work. Don’t waste your time coming here. Wish I could give negative stars.

Took my freshly washed sheets and colored clothes here to dry as my dryer had stopped heating. My sheets got stained terribly in that dryer. At first, I showed the lady that works there and she said it was because I dried them on high. That didn't make any sense to me. I looked more closely and noticed that the dryer tub was rusty. Sadly, I won't be going back.

First time I came there was a very sweet older lady working & it was good! None of the broken machines or cleanliness issues bothered me too bad with the nice worker. This time, another older lady which seems to be the same lady all 6358 other negative reviews are talking about, SHE’S TERRIBLE!! Just mean for no reason I’ll never come back, she should NeVER work with the public, I’ma manager of a restaurant and I would NeVER treat people like she does!!

Super friendly staff and laundry gets done quickly. A few things could use a little TLC but I've never had a problem with any of the machines.

When I walked in, I said good morning the lady looked at me with a mean look I said OK it’s Monday and I brushed it off. I proceeded to put my clothes in the laundry and I need a change for the dryer so I asked her do you have a change machine and real nasty. She said no, I said can you give me change she said maybe I don’t have a lot I said I have five dollars and she said I don’t care. I didn’t know her name until another customer came in and said good morning Miss SHIRLEY or Cheryl I’m not sure. I will never go back to the laundromat ever again I don’t care how close it is to my home…. My question is this to the owners do you read your reviews because I just did I’m a business owner myself I own three restaurants and if I treat. My customers, the way that your mother treated her customers don’t expect to be in business for very long. The owner of the first McDonald’s in the world said you take care of the customers and the customers take care of the business I’m just gonna wish you luck, sir

Rude! Rude! Rude! The owner took my clothes out the washer without my knowledge because someone needed the washer....all she had to do was ask me...I told her that's why your reviews are so bad!! Don't go here peps!
