Shelby Township is a 36 square mile community that is located in Macomb County. Living in Shelby Township has many benefits, but its Park amenities and Recreation opportunities are outstanding. The Township has many parks that offer a variety of recreational opportunities for all ages. You’ll find athletic fields, biking and hiking trails, a fishing site, and basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts, as well as a number of picnic areas throughout our parks. You’ll even find pavilions to rent for large groups such as grad parties and family reunions, and a beautiful outdoor locale for family or wedding photos. There is also a Historic Church located on the Municipal Grounds that is reserved for wedding ceremonies.
