After a long day of work I had stopped here to fill up my tank. My card had declined which sent me in to talk with the cashier. He told me “ I must be doing something wrong, all the time” disqusting. I handed him 20 cash just to be done with him. Avoid here at all costs.
The owner/manager at this gas station really thinks he's something. I stopped in to get gas. Finances are tough given the economy and inflation. It was 8:30 at night and was on my way home from work having started the work day at 7am. I happened to have only $8 in cash; two of which were coins rolled up. He hesitated for a couple of seconds and said, "This is all the money you have in your life"? I responded respectfully, "Yes, it is." He then proceeded to give me an attitude and say I should have gone to the bank. I reminded him that banks were closed. Then he had the audacity to say, "yes, but you could go during the day". At this point I said, I WORK DURING THE DAY, SIR.." Then I walked out. Being that I try to be humble and a gentleman, he's lucky I didn't give him a piece of my mind. He does not deserve any customers. Period. This is the best attitude HE has in HIS life.
Cash only on state inspection. But they won't tell you that until you have waited for other cars to be checked and it's your turn. Also, very rude about it. Lived in this state over a decade, been to many different places for my inspections in that time. This is the first place that I've tried that hasn't taken card for payment. Was rudely informed that "basically every place only takes cash" and when I asked if that had changed cause I'd been to like 8 other places and always paid card was told "well then go to one of those places" while he immediately called to the driver behind me to pull around me. It's the closest gas and service station to my house, but I won't be back.
While prices are not dictated by the gas station owners, I can not use that into a review. She’ll is the best gas you can put in your car. My car gets 2 mpg more when I use Shell. This is my favorite Shell station in thenDedham area. One thing I like is they do “Not” charge you more to use a debit or credit card. I understand why stations do because they have to pay to use this service but we all know why small businesses would rather take in cash. Besides the same price for cash or credit, their prices are competitive. Also the staff is very friendly and you can also purchase some other items inside the station.
Didn't even want to waste time commenting on the condition of the station, moreover, the individuals operating this premise. A certain individual who claims to be the manager/owner of the business has the most unpleasant attitude in talking to customers/people in general, which I have previously experienced. However, in my most recent purchase I occasionally stop through to pump gas, my card did not go through in the pumping station so I had to go in to see the clerk the same individual, trying my best not to indulge in an argument with him, refused to give me my purchase receipt as he said; "I had 300 customers today who didnt have issues using the station, don't you know how to put gas yourself? " I recommend anyone who's reading this not to enter the premise just so not to ruin your day interacting with such a toxic individual. Best wishes
I was about to fill up on gas today when I smelled cigarettes. A man in his car at the pump across from me was smoking a cigarette. I told him to put it out and to stop smoking at a gas station and he refused. I went inside and told the owner and one of his employees that there was someone outside smoking a cigarette at the gas station. He looked at me like I had 10 heads. do not go to this gas station, the owner and employees do not have your safety in mind at all whatsoever and do not care about simple safety measures held out by our state.
Rude gas station attendant. Gave me attitude as i asked to use their restroom. Didn't even let me finish my sentence before he said "NO out of order" as he was wiping his own hands exiting the rest room.
Got here 1050. The staff turned off the power when I’m half way pumping. Amazing service.
I needed an emergency oil change and these guys were flexible and made time for me to get the job done right away. Thank you so much!
Cleanest, nicest outside restroom I’ve used, and good coffee, too.
