Sheraton Suites Plantation, Ft. Lauderdale West

Stayed here for the weekend after going on a cruise. The staff here are truly outstanding. So helpful and went above and beyond for everything. The location is perfect with places to eat with family or grab a few drinks with friends. If you aren’t looking to drive anywhere these places are walking distance and the scenery is nice. The room was pretty nice I was shocked. Very spacious and super clean. Some things could use a little updating but overall my experience here was so amazing and I would come back anytime.

We have stayed here twice now and we love this hotel. It’s our quick getaway from home for a weekend hotel. The rooms are spacious and can be separated into two rooms, both with access to the bathroom, which makes traveling with a toddler way easier. They are building up the area around it so there are a ton of restaurants and stuff to do. It’s also 30 minutes from stuff in Miami and ten minutes from the Sawgrass mills mall. However, our favorite part is how welcoming and lovely the staff always is. They make my two year old feel like a celebrity and treat her so sweetly. We appreciate them making her feel at home even when we’re away. Highly recommend this hotel!

What a amazing hotel! It’s looks brand new. The conference rooms are huge, and have the space to accommodate large business. It’s very central as you can walk to multiple restaurants and stores in the same plaza. Our house keeper was a sweet heart, she made us feel like family. It’s truly and amazing hotel.Rooms: 5/5

The rooms at this particular Sheraton is very spacious. When I first arrived in the room, it had a lingering order. The carpet was gross. The bed was very hard I read the reviews where others said the bed was comfy, mine was not. Most of the staff was very friendly, I only encountered one staff member that was not. Parking is across the street in a parking garage. The location of the hotel is a good one because there are many restaurants surrounding the hotel that is in the process of opening. The roof top pool is nice and the temperature was lovely. I particularly would not choose to stay there again. Nearby activities: Many restaurants are opening around the hotel.

My suite was very spacious. The furniture was a little dated, but they were in great shape. The room and the hotel overall were kept clean. I liked their line of amenities in the bathroom. Gilchrist & Soames...they smelled so good! The room service menu was quite good. I stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed every meal. Terrible drainage system in the parking garage though. It rained the evening I arrived so the following morning, my car was deep in water. It was like walking through a lake to get to my car. I literally had to take my shoes off.

Stayed for one night before a cruise. The lobby is really nice, clean and stylish with lots of seating areas, a market and bar for coffee in the morning too. The service was awesome, the staff was very helpful. The room was good, clean although it had a slight musty smell but no big deal. The kitchenette and seating area were much appreciated. Some noise on the floor with kids but it quieted down quickly around 11 - didn't hear anything after that. I would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I decided to give Marriott Hotels and its affiliates another chance from our last unpleasant visit from another location. We booked a room at the Sheraton plantation suite in Florida and to say the very least, Grace from the front desk was exceptionally great, excellent customer service, well mannered, and extremely pleasant. The room was everything we were looking for. It was clean, spacious, and well equipped. It's because of Grace that my wife and I will continue to book with all Marriotts and its affiliates. Thank you Grace for making our anniversary date a great success.

Very disappointed with this hotel. When I first entered the room there was some clothes from some other people.Stayed 1 week and housekeeping only came to our room 3 timesone of this times left only 1 towel, we had to call daily for towels because they didn’t show up. Also most everyone in the front desk are very condescending and they act like they are doing you a favor for anything you ask. Also the room had mold on it, it is not very clean for surepicture attached

This hotel is in a great location, appears to be up and coming due to tons of new construction… beautiful lobby and common areas. the rooms and hallways appear to be slightly dated but everything was clean. I’m not a total fan of the parking situation only due to me having to checkout at 4am and having to walk to the deck not attached to the hotel that time of morning. Best part of the visit was check in! I was able to meet one of the most helpful staff members during my stay. Admarie White was her name, she was beyond exceptional and extremely friendly. From my understanding she doesn’t work at check in but was assisting to help her colleagues. I’m so glad I was able to meet her! Sheraton has a good one on their hands
