Sheridan Hills Christian School

My daughter has attended SHCS for 6 months. I am 100% satisfied with the education, staff, activities, and students there. She really appreciates being there after her experiences with public and charter schools. When I asked her who is her favorite teacher she said, "I don't know. I didn't know teachers could be so nice." She meant encouraging and supportive. In my experience, it is the teachers that make it happen. You could have a good teacher and you could have a bad one at any school. No school is perfect, but this one is perfect for my child. I want teachers who are God centered because He is the one we all serve.

I believe what separates this school is that they truly care about their students. The teachers are very involved and go above and beyond the call of duty to help a student in need. The school, for being so small, offers a wide range of activities and events to help the students have a more well rounded experience. Our child has attended SHCS for 7 years and is currently applying to several universities which include FGCU, USF, SEU, UF and FIU, among others. I strongly encourage every family to enroll their children at SHCS. You will not regret it.

I graduated from this school in 2003 and I would never send my children to another school again. My son absolutely loves it here and I have had nothing but positive feedback from teachers staff and all employees. This is the school for you and your children.

Being alumni of Sheridan Hills, I may have a bias opinion. But I can say I am thankful Sheridan Hills still stands for traditional Christian education, In a declining society, disappointing role models and peer pressure at every angle, I am thankful that SHCS stands out among the rest. The teachers raise the bar, they are kind, compassionate, loving for each & every student and parent. They want to see the kids succeed and I love that my kids come home quoting scripture. The staff at SHCS are courteous and caring. The school provides a worry-free, enthusiastic atmosphere. There is a bond that you develop with the school. You become family. Once a Shark, Always a Shark!

I am very pround with the school. My two child are studying there. Is an excellent school.
