Always appreciate the knowledge and helpful staff SW and the ease getting what I need for the project at hand. Generally their paint is a little pricier than the big box stores but the products are superior and I don't have to look around trying to guess what I need. Always a good experience.
I visited my local store twice in the past week. Each time the store was spotless, employees were helpful and extremely friendly. The first time I was alone with my two younger children. I had bought multiple cans of paint and the associate carried it out and loaded it for me. I was a very thankful pregnant mama! I enjoyed your 30% off savings and the extra coupon I found on your site. I'll definitely be back. What a great first experience!
Young man was very helpful! For the most part they have great customer service and the store is well laid out and organized. Some other employees need to work on wearing a mask more often but I will try and come back again.
I have been dealing with this store location for over 13 years… And the people have always been friendly.. on top of things... and knowledgeable. Rarely do I ever have to wait on anything they are very efficient and I love working with them. Collectively they all have helped me grow my business in more ways than one. It's an important part of business to have a product line and people that you can trust to back you , and this store has always been like that. Great paints and color. The quality of their paint products is higher than most brands. I completely switched to using SW products. They cost a bit more, but they are worth it.
One stop shop great paints, all the needed supplies and most importantly expert advice. Don’t go to the big box stores and get second rate paint go to S-W spend a little more and get the best!
Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable. The manager is awesome and really knows what she is talking about. I felt confident in the paint I chose.
Excellent paint, but not service there were six customers in line and only one clerk working on a Saturday morning when people have projects to get started.
