The Shiawassee H&HS Council is an energetic and effective collaboration of the human service non-profits in the county. Our purpose is to work together to broaden and maximize resources for the community.
Statement of Purpose:
The purpose of the Health & Human Services Council is to facilitate collaboration among human service agencies in Shiawassee County.
Beliefs and Values:
1. We believe community needs must drive our interactions, and community resources are most effectively utililized through the shared knowledge and coordinated services of Health & Human Services Council Members.
2. We believe that working together will improve our individual agency's ability to do their job better.
