Awful customer experience. My mom was about to try the shoes and the lady in the store asked her to moved to another line because she needed to move inventory nearby.
they always get the shoes and sizes wrong. services are horrible, staff are also rude, this is byfar the worst service I have experienced.
Utter lack of concern for public safety. So there was a water spill outside the store near the entrance. My wife slipped. Went into the store to tell them to put out a sign saying wet floor and to contact maintenance. Nothing. Was sitting outside on the bench and an elderly person slipped and fell. Go back and tell them again to get a wet floor sign out there and contact mall maintenance. Guy working there says they have no wet floor sign while his coworker comes walking out with a wet floor sign. Then proceeds to tell us that technically, that area is the mall’s responsibility. The utter lack of care for a potential customer’s safety is disgusting.

Very bad customer service. The manager at the store was so rude and impatient. I asked her a question and she answered me with "YAYA". Didn't even say thank you and just left the cashier after the transaction. She was acting as if she didn't want to be there to work......
Went to the store to buy sneaker and the shoes are very comfortable and found them at a great price very happy with the purchase

Avoid this Shoe Company like the plague. They have easily the worst customer service online. To recap my experience: Ordered shoes online as in store shopping isn't available. About 10 days later the completely wrong shoes arrived. Customer service unapologetically says I need to print new receipt and drop off old shoes at a Purolator. I don't have a printer and the nearest Purolator is like 10km away. Customer service offers no coupon or compensation. About 10 days later the right shoes arrive but this time with the shoplifting tag still attached. Customer service says I have to drive out of my region to go to a store so that I can remove said tag. Again compensation like a gift card and a total lack of empathy. The Shoe Company is easily the worst shoe company in the world.
The staff get mad if u don't give them personal information when u check out.
