major awesome. that's the fastest i have EVER found a pair of shoes. ka-ching. but then i found this pair of rainbow tye-dye filas like MY rainbow tye-dye filas ONLY UBER IMPROVEMENTS TO EMBELLISHMENTS. omg. WHAT? i have my foot in it but there's no way jurrasic foot can live in nemo shoe. i shall cut my wrist. she says she'll order them. yay! i'll live! $6 delivery 6 business days. life will be difficult. but... they got here in 2 days! i went back to thank them when we stopped next door for fajitas. i have never been dissatisfied here but my last visit makes me stop and let you know this is a really good place to grab a quick pair of shoes and go over your budget in one fell sweep. the girls are just epic. one more for each of them. sry bout my photos, i try but...i ain't kodak!

I bought a little black purse because Walmart wouldn't let me carry my soon to purchase hair dryer around the store with me. I have NEVER stolen anything and will never. I'm 61, my hair dryer went out. I purchased it before I went out to eat. The lady at the shoe department was very helpful. Store is always clean.
Went in there yesterday to look for a pair of HeyDudes, the 2 workers never greeted me or acknowledged that I was there. I found a few Heydudes on display but no prices and not my size. When i asked one of the associates where the actual boxes of those shoes where so I could try my size she just pointed me with a few words in the direction. However i could only find 4 boxes with size 7 and there were no shoes in most of the boxes and nobobody once asked if i needed help, so I just left.
Love this place!! Staff were helpful and very attentive to all our needs. My husband's shoes were a little snug because he wasn't with me when i bought them and they were more than willing to help him when he went back in to exchange them.

Shoe Dept. was great! This was my first time shopping there. I was never so pleasantly surprised! The selection was great and they actually had a good selection in medium width! Most places have mostly wide width. I also require a certain heel height and they had a nice selection. Also, the staff was very helpful and checked with me frequently, to see if I needed help. Prices were also extremely reasonable. Shoe Dept. has Walmart beat, hands down! Triple the quality shoes for the same price. You must go there before even thinking of shopping Walmart for footwear!
I had an absolutely horrible experience with the salesperson. I have never experienced such rudeness and disrespect in addition to the overall bad attitude and unwillingness to be helpful. I bought great shoes, only because I wanted to do something special for my child. But the shopping experience was awful, and marked a special experience with an awkward and unpleasant struggle to get the shoes we were shopping for. I hope she doesn't work on commission. I should have said something to her directly but I was so caught off guard by her audacity and behavior. When my child said something about it as we were leaving I second guessed taking the high road and wished I had said something, because I would never want her to stand for being treated that way and she was there and experienced it with me. It's very sad that as customers spending our hard earned money we were subjected to this kind of treatment I will likely drive to the store in Zachary where I know they are helpful and friendly before I ever shop there again. The two stars are for the shoes, because the product wasn't the the issue. 0 stars for the blonde girl who begrudgingly helped us while hem hawing and making snide and unprofessional remarks. JF I think are her initials, but I couldn't make it out for sure on the receipt. If you care about customer service, shop elsewhere.
I have been buying shoes from her for two yrs. Every lady that's ever worked in that store has been very nice and helpful. I appreciate them so much. I go purchase a new pair of shoes every two months.
Wonderful lady that waited on us and our 89 yr. Old mom . Very kind and sweet and professional.
