I love this place now. The workers they had was great people. I didn't grab the young gals name but because of her I want to buy my son 2 shoes and my wife a par.
I would recommend this store over any other in our location!! The manager Colby I think was his name very polite,I needed help on deciding on shoes he assisted in my every need, I thought customer service like this was long gone many years ago, if more businesses had workers as polite and helpful as this manager, shopping would be a great experience again,thanks for shoes and thanks ,Colby
Many shoes and different varieties. Couldn't find the shoes I wanted in my size not the reason for the two stars the older woman on duty was absolutely horrible to the two young boys 1 was Cameron that were working. She was literally belittling them in front of costumers
Bought a pair of work shoes and only had them on for 4hrs before they broke. Then spent over a week trying to get a manager to just exchange them for me before I finally was able to get the general manager to exchange the shoes for me.
They didn’t have what I needed but the girl on duty was super helpful directing us to another shoe store nearby that had what I needed very friendly and professional I will definitely be back
The staff is very accommodating. Everytime I've gone there they've had some really great sales.
I love the clearance prices in this shop. I buy out of season for saving $$$. I picked up a $169 pair of boots for $6.50. I have to wait to wear them but I don't mind. Their regular prices and trendy fashions make this a one-stop shop for the whole family.
I have shopped here for two years since I moved back, & never once got asked for I'd exchanging shoes WITH a receipt! Isn't that the point of keeping your records?! Treating people as if they have to jump through this hoop that hoop just to exchange a shoe WITH a valid receipt . I will no longer take any of my hard earned $ here to people who make there customers feel this way! Says it's corporate! Well corporate u just lost a customer
Like the fact that they mind their own business,as an introvert it's very nice to just be left alone while shopping for your shoes. I saw a pair of converses in there that I was just drooling on but they didn't have it in my size in the front or in the back. So the lady just ordered them, She was very nice-sweet looking and as a teen; It made me feel in a good mood. Now I am currently waiting on my shoes to arrive at my house...can't wait!
The store was very clean, the people could not have been more helpful. They have a large variety of different kinds of shoes and I did not find what I was looking for but I was looking for something dressy but with the toe out because I hurt my big toe LOL and they did not have that but they have everything else that people would wear today
