Found a few bargains. It seems crazy to me that part of the self checkouts were not open as busy as it was. Overall the store seemed to be stocked and running well.
I hate walmart, but the people are fun to observe. Back about 15 years ago, they had one of those basketball arcade games where you try to get as many baskets as you can in an allotted time. I got really drunk one night and played it for like 3 hours. It was like 2 in the morning. I wish they still had that game.
Stood in line for about 15 minutes. Only 3 cashiers open. We don't do self checkout because we are tax exempt. They called 1 and only 1 cashier. Ridiculous!!. Plus they store was hot. Come on Wal-Mart. Turn your air conditioner on like everyone else has done.
If you can shop without the person who pulls online orders out of your hand you are good. Well stocked clean and usually helpful staff.
I needed a propane purchase. I went in though the garden center. Asked the cashier to ring me up and she said she didn’t know how. I asked her to call someone who could help her and nobody came. I went to customer service for help after I was tired of waiting. He was able to help me but didn’t care about the cashier who needed help, or the fact a customer needed help. Do better Walmart.
You had my product, but when I checked out in store #975 Where Pride Is Alive. Not any more. Any ways the GM self checkout facing what used to be where you could Cash your checks and send money. Be careful getting change out I nearly cut my cuticle that's under you nail. Ouch
Don’t set up cell service in electronics here. The lady will lie to you about pricing and try to sell you stuff you don’t need. She Doesn’t wear a name tag but has brown shoulder length hair and doesn’t wear a Walmart shirt. My uncle needed his prepaid phone and home phone put on the same plan and instead she lied and started a new plan with two new numbers and Walmart refused to help fix it
Everyone was super friendly and finally found the Pink Princess Philodendron!!
Ordered delivery with many frozen + refrigerated items. It was left at my door without any ice in the bags or insulated bags. Milk & eggs warm & frozen items melting. Many items ordered were not included. I paid a 20% tip on percentage of order. Since items were not included I paid approximately 30% tip to no fault of the delivery person. This fault all lies upon Walmart. Greedy. Cheap. Normally I drive from Durant to Albertson’s in Denison bc of hearing 1st hand about how Walmart treats their employees and reading about it also. Albertson’s has much better prices after using digital coupons + you don’t have to pay taxes on groceries in TX. If you’re desperate for grocery delivery & willing to take the chance of not receiving expected items then Walmart may be worth it.
Clean, stocked & organized! Nice & friendly personnel! I want to single out one employee & I really wish I woulda gotten her name, all I can tell you is we cashed out approximately 6-6:30 pm, lane #2, March 13 2023, she was very nice! We don’t seem to come across people like that much anymore.
