Very helpful staff and they always have a great selection of jordan retros and nike basketball sneakers. This location also get all of the latest releases.
There was this Fat Mexican lady with street clothes and blond hair flirting & harassing me about sales,Then she offered to selI me real Jordans in compton,I think she was the boss or something,just unprofessional.
The staff is mostly young people but they are very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the level of respect they offer and are very attentive to the customer's need. I was able to find the shoes I wanted and needed. Best thing was no long lines and no long waiting period.
Man this was a great experience for sure! After shopping at 2 different shoe stores in the area and not finding shoes the kids liked we stopped here and thank goodness we did. We were greeted at the door and then assisted by Jordi he was great every step of the way giving the kids so many cool options they were so happy and I was too! Everyone in the store was helpful and friendly...The kids found shoes they liked Thanks Jordi and other manager lol.

So i called and asked if they have a 6 1/2 in womans size and one of the guys told me they did and I show up and he told me that he said kids size on the phone. Interesting. If i asked for womans you shouldnt be telling me the kids size because you can easily confuse people. Then i show up and he sounded very rude and defensive. Poor customer service
Nice selection of kicks. Prices are about the same as everywhere else. What makes "Shoe Palace" the best?...NO RAFFLE first come first serve!
Went there like 2 weeks ago. My son had on 2 different sizes of the same shoe so had to buy some new shoes quick Staff was very nice. My son has autism and they where patient and understanding.
The salespeople looked very rushed and always kept a look on us as if we were gonna steal something. Train your employees right next time and make sure that they don’t embarrass customers when just browsing the store.
I really liked how at the front door a employee was quick to ask what we needed. Also whats great at the store is that they have specials everyday. I had no problems but if I do i'll update my review.
