DO NOT BUY SHOES FROM THESE GUYS ONLINE  Ordered a pair of dunk lows from these guys and I payed extra for shipping to make sure they got here on time for an event. The shoes that arrived at my house and they aren't not even Dunk Lows they shipped me Air Max 90's! If you look at the box of a Air Max 90 and a Box of a Dunk Low there is NO WAY you can get these mixed up.  I emailed there support and they didn't say sorry they didn't do anything to make up for there mistake they said "Oh here's a shipping label to send them back" and they also said they dunk lows were now sold out so there's nothing they can do for me.  Super unprofessional company and I will NEVER be ordering from them again what a joke.  If I could put 0 stars I would this is the worst company ive ever worked with.

I actually have never been in a Millennium shoe store, and now I know why. I popped in while on my break. I walked in and was greeted as I entered and that was it. I was looking at a pair of airmax, but nobody ever came over to ask if I needed additional assistance. The store was empty. I finally put the shoe back and noticed as I was walking towards the door that there was an employee actually standing at the door like he was guarding the door he was literally standing at the door holding on to it for dear lifehe had been there the whole time and never asked me once if I needed a size or anything. Whelp, I guess Millennium has all the money they need and doesn't need customers. My advice is to try another location, and the one on Manchester needs classes on customer service. I  will not be back. Good luck, Millennium...

Good customer support responds back fast and makes sure to take care of you

Melvin and John are great.  The customer service is exceptional and they go out of their way to answer your questions and identify inventory you will be happy with.  I can't say enough good things about both men.  My family and I always shop here when in L.A.

I had a great experience at this store. Loved the atmosphere and set up. The worker who served me Jamelle was super friendly and knowledgeable.

Nice place! Exelent costumer's service! Every year I buying basketball shoes for my son here and always finding what I like. Today magically I got size 13 Nike Air! Employees there are so great, helpful and positive!

Won’t go there again

As Nike continues to cut down the number of third-party merchants it sells through and the limited selection of merchandise, Millennium isn't what it used to be.  I was very disappointed with my last visit.  Unless you're going for a Jordan Release don't waste your time.
