Nice selection of shoes but poorly displayed. Haphazard business hours so it's hard to know when they are open completely different from what's printed on their business card and on my first visit they were just opening for the day around 6pm. Also, good luck with trying to getting someone on the phone; after numerous attempts over several different days I could only reach them once. I found that extremely unprofessional for a business. At first I was thrilled to find this store near my home and ordered a pair of shoes but if I ever finally catch the store open to pick up my merchandise, I will never buy there again nor recommend them to anyone. A very frustrating experience!
Since there are only four people working there, I can understand why answering phones may be a problem. Would it be polite to leave a customer that's being served to answer the phone? I think not. Would you rather do business with stores that answer the phone but don't have a damned thing you want? I don't. What pisses me off is that black people will not empathize nor help their black business owners do well. If MFSB is lacking in an area you deem important, tell them so that MFSB can correct it before given them one and two stars. Do you "negroes" give white-owned shoe stores one and two stores? Of course not. If it's white it's right, huh?
This is a place that you can order special size shoes; however, my experience is that it is difficult to get someone to answer the phone and there are no business times listed on the stores door, or window. I am looking to see if a order I placed have come in.
I have shoes shipped to myself out of town on numerous occasions with shipping paid by mfsb never been a problem outstanding prices on all exotic skin shoes mfsb is my go to store
