When I went in there was only one gentleman working and he was too busy talking to a female to even greet me or offer any assistance until I was almost finished shopping. He was great during the checkout process just not so much during the shopping process. I purchased two pairs of shoes.
I had a couple issues with shoes. Completely my fault not the stores. Marcus took care of me multiple times. He is very professional and is the main reason I choose this place for my work shoes. He needs a raise! Lol
Absolutely wonderful staff. Greeted us, asked if we needed help, gave us opinions on several items, made sure we found everything okay at checkout, and thanked us for coming in. Staff provided EXCELLENT customer service!!
Manager bad. Doesn't acknowledge customers,store is cluttered & filthy. Did'nt used to be. Don't want to go back. What a shame. Used to be good store.
Okay so I had sizing issues what person hasn't? Seriously no one makes a 12.5 any more. First pair of puma shoes, love them and they actively help me do my job better. Pricing was comparable to amazon for my specific size and brand.
Good deals quality shoes. Don't have anything bad to say about them, however on my latest trip there wasn't a very big selection left.... I'm assuming because of back to school shopping.

I have never been treated so poorly in my life! I should never have to feel the way I felt today in this store. My husband was trying to buy new work boots. It was a problem when I had to go ask to get a size. She was so rude. I clearly interrupted her text message time. We over looked it. I had to ask for another size. She clearly wasn't happy about that either. I had to go ask one final time if they had the same size boot in another box because the ones we had tried on looked worn already. She came back and said they were new and she didn't have anymore. That was fine but my husband stated we didn't want to spend that kind of money on boots that looked worn already. She got extremely hateful, threw the boot in the box, and said well and walked off. My kids were shocked that she literally threw the boot in the box and was acting the way she was. I will never go back to this location. If you can't treat customers better than that, you should not work in customer service.
I check in here often to see if they have men's large sized shoes, as sometimes they get a shipment of them in stock, but they seem to sell quickly too, why they don't order more seems to be a management mistake. I wear size 15 and usually buy 2 or 3 pair of shoes if I find some I like because I know they may be hard to find next time. The staff has always been helpful and friendly and can usually guide me to the size 15 shoes quickly. For normal feet sized people they carry a nice large selection of all types of shoes from sneakers to work boots, kids, men's, and women's shoes too. Many times they have specials buy 1 pair and get 50% off second pair type deals.
Natasha the general manager is wonderful. Not only did she help my aunt from the time she walked in the door she new I was looking for a pair of sketchers but didn’t have my size. My husband and I was only visiting Indiana, we live in south Florida, she gave me the bright idea to order the shoes and gave me free shipping. She has wonderful customer service skills. Nothing but wonderful things to say from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. Thank you. Renee T.
