Very organized and smooth process. Becka was great! You do have to be comfortable with being seen remotely. The optometrist seemed a little rushed, but overall I would recommend! The in-office folks were great, appointments were available quickly, and they were focused on helping!
I brought in two pairs of readers to get the temples repaired. Becka and Amber were so friendly, professional, and helpful. I will always go to Shopko Optical due to the amazing service. They are rock stars!
The lady that helped me was so amazing . Her name is Amber . I haven’t been to an eye doctor in a while and she made everything so easy . She explained everything thoroughly as well as the doctors . Over all it was a good experience.
Everyone was GREAT! Highly recommend these folks; they were friendly and very knowledgeable. Thanks again! Edit; Had to take my glasses in and have them redone due to a lens issue. Got them back, lens were fixed but they didn't have the self-tinting that I wanted. Stuck with these now and mist get additional clip-on sunglasses. Will go somewhere else next time.
Very attentive. Answered all of my questions and gave me my prescription without having to ask for it. They aren't trying to make you purchase glasses from them. I had a much better experience with Shopko than another optical "store" in Wenatchee. I will definitely go back.
Becky was absolutely fantastic she got me in right away fixed my glasses she scheduled an appointment to get eye exam and gave me knowledge on what my choices for sunglasses with prescription lenses. She was so quick , professional and I will never go anywhere else but to shopko because her device was exceptional!! Maria A tyler
Andrew was great! He fixed my glasses in 2 minutes and sent me on my way with a friendly smile! Thanks so much Andrew
Kristal was AMAZING! She is the reason I would recommend Shopko Optical to anyone who needs glasses or a screening. Kristal was so kind, funny and professional! She made this experience very enjoyable and did a great job easing my worries as a mother. It was my 8 year old daughters first screening and she made her feel very comfortable while making the experience fun at the same time! It was very busy with clients coming in and the phones ringing, yet she treated every customer with kindness and handled the situation with incredible grace! Thank you Kristal, you are so appreciated.
Excellent service , friendly and lots of nice designer eye frames . They know have Coach . Love the styles
Well, sorry but Shopko is a hard no for us. The employees are very nice, and extremely helpful when I phoned to make appointments for myself and my wife. I mentioned at that time that I’m in a chair and asked if they could accommodate. The answer at that time was yes. Well folks, first shock of the day—there are no doctors in the building. No one mentioned that the in office appointments are virtual., Real life techs do the preliminaries and then you go talk to a doc on a screen. My wife had her appointment first and went through all this, picked her frames, and then it was my turn. I had been sitting there for close to an hour, employees all over the place with no clear management, only to be told that they would have to make an appointment for me when there was a doctor in the office. The reason for this was unclear. This appointment was two weeks out and took them 20 minutes to make, with all sorts of good hearted consternations. When that day came, I was actually ill and cancelled, however I found myself unable to reschedule, not just because they don’t answer their phones, which I’ll get to in a minute, but because I had completely lost trust in competency here. So six weeks go by and no sign of my wife’s glasses. I called three times and the phone just rang and rang and rang. When my wife called, she left a message somehow, although not before we checked the internet to see if this branch had closed suddenly. She thought she was going to have to drive over there. They did call us back that afternoon to say my wife’s glasses were there, and had been there, but for some reason their system didn’t send a text to say so. A text. Really? What about a phone call? Particularly if someone’s glasses are just sitting around in the pick up bin. We won’t be back. My wife’s glasses are fine, by the way. She’s wearing them no problem, but even she wants to go somewhere else next time. It’s a little too hands off for us.
