Every time we go to pick up prescriptions it is either incomplete or it is not ready. They seem to be unsure of what is prescribed and have tendency to ask us what meds we are taking because they may two of the same yet different mg. We have called and used their phone system which is archaic and hangs up on us. Just half hour went to drive through and the lady rather stoically said not ready and won’t be ready until tomorrow. Then went home and soon after a message comes through saying meds are

This is my local Walgreens and normally it’s nothing special but the person that checked me out today was incredibly kind with great customer service. It’s so nice to see and talk to kind people. :

Filthy. Garbage and goo spilling out of can and on sidewalk at entrance. The entry carpet had debris all over it and it was shortly after the store opened. Dirty floors, blackened walls near bathroom, and scummy drinking fountain. . For a health-related store, it was a disaster. I spoke to the young manager, who seemed sad about the criticism but didn't assure me anything would be done to ammend the situation.

Photos take forever, prescriptions are delayed by days and sometimes weeks, and the last time I was in here I swear I could have robbed the place and no employee would have even noticed. Prescription info isn't updated to you, and if delayed they will not tell you. The only benefit is their drive through, and when it's a half hour long line it's not really much of a benefit.

Pharmacist hung up on me multiple times because I asked her to just fill all my active prescriptions.

Highly recommend updating pharmacy hours. Suggested edits but can only suggest one edit. You would show your customers you value their time if your hours were correct. I went to your pharmacy 4x today. I'm terribly sick and no energy. The hours state the pharmacy opens at 7 am online. Came back at 9 to find you didn't have my scripts filled. Came back at 1:30 to find your pharmacy staff was on lunch. Came back at 2:15 and sit in line for 17 minutes without even getting a hello, sorry for the delay, we will be with you. I watched as indoor customers got waited on while drive thru line continued to grow. Very poor experience for a long time Walgreen pharmacy customer.

If you’re thinking about getting your rx here, don’t. I’ve been a Walgreens customer off and on for years, and this is the worst location by far. Over the last year, this is what I’ve had to deal with: - minimum 45 minute wait to pick up rx inside, outside, doesn’t matter. - staff with minimal insurance knowledge. My insurance company had to intervene multiple times to get rx filled note: same rx I get every month and instruct them on how to submit their claims. - not knowing or understanding how to bill secondary insurance. - no communication when there’s a problem - they just wait for me to find out for myself when I go to pick up. The last straw just happened. I requested refills and their app wasn’t working. I had given them plenty of time to fill and was almost out. I called having learned my lesson to not try to pick up before I confirmed. The lady I spoke with was asking me about my insurance. I told her both company names, the same ones they’ve been billing for over a year. Turns out they deleted my primary insurance. And she would not allow me to give it to her over the phone or drop it off at the counter. I would have to go there, wait in line to give them the same information they always had, then come back at some later point and wait in line to pick up. I called corporate who only offered to pass a message to the store manager. I then called my dr to fax to a different pharmacy and couldn’t be happier. My recommendation - stay far away from this pharmacy because it’s not worth it. I stayed a lot longer than I should have.

Was referred here by the clinic across the street due to proximity. My RX was placed before 6pm. I arrived at the pharmacy before 6pm and waited in line to pick up my RX. Got to the pharmacy window at 6:01 and was told they were closed...come back at 9am in the morning. 12+ hrs for medicine I needed ASAP. I later found that Walmart could have filled my RX. This Walgreens location is a disgrace to the community....Wenatchee needs a CVS Wake up Walgreen Management....you have a problem at this location....or do you even care??.

Combining screw-ups with attitude. After calling a patient to pick up the second part of a prescription they did not have enough the first time, this happened: 1 Prescription was not ready 30 minutes after the announced time 2 Another 25 minutes later, they say they don't have the medication at all 3 Instead of an apology, they deny what had happened and try to blame the issue on the customer 4 As the conversation continues, it becomes clear that attitude is all one will get at the pharmacy counter. Stay away, if you expect a hint of professionalism.

I will forever be grateful to the pharmacist, Aaron C.. He is currently one of my favorite people and a local hero. He literally was the only person who validated and understood our concerns about a reaction our daughter was having to her medication. He took time with us and gave us the support we needed to make the best possible decision for our daughter. Doctors were not taking this reaction seriously, but after being properly educated we made a decision that potentially saved our child from great harm. Aaron C. gave me hope when I was at my wits end with the care my child wasn't receiving. I am confident that if something is going on with my children's medications he will have our best interest at heart. Aaron C. is passionate about his career, goes above and beyond, and knows what he is talking about!!! Thank you Walgreen's for hiring someone as genuine, knowledgeable, and helpful as Aaron C. He also helped our family again today. Our doctor was not answering our calls, getting back to us, filling prescriptions, or acting concerned at all and my daughter needed her thyroid medication. He sent a notification to the doctor. The doctor finally did her job and got the prescriptions sent! I just couldn't be more grateful. Thank you Aaron C. We trust you.
