Charles is absolutely fabulous! He is great at explaining the situation and he really helped me understand what I needed to do. Six weeks after my break he had me out of the boot, and everything is fine now. If I’m being honest, Charles is a great compliment to the doctor who I only met once for about five minutes. The patients are lucky to have Charles!
Dr. Bryan Paff has been the absolute best! I personally have had surgery done by him and he very recently did my teenage sons surgery to repair his collarbone. He had amazing bed side manner, a sense of humor, and was very helpful in answering all of our questions and helping ease my son's anxiety throughout the entire process. Shoreline Orthopaedics has done so well in caring for us when we needed them. Great staff, fast results, always expressing they care for their patients. We are extremely grateful.
PA Matthew Myaard provided the most caring and professional visit just prior to my hip replacement. He listens very well to the patient and explains things thoroughly. I felt very confident going into surgery with him and I came out of it very good too. It has been almost 6 weeks. I am recommending him to family and friends, and to people I know in the medical community.
Was referred here by my GP, it's taken me months to even get an appointment and once I did they scheduled me for almost 2 months out. I've been in excruciating pain due to a loosening radial head replacement and they told me "sorry, we will put you on a cancelation list". I couldn't take the pain anymore and went elsewhere and was seen the same day and even scheduled with a surgeon for 2 weeks out. Not sure what the doctors are like, but even trying to get into be seen was an absolute NIGHTMARE, so I can't imagine its worth it. I called today to cancel my appointment and when the lady asked if I wanted to reschedule I said "absolutely NOT. I've been given the runaround and couldn't handle the pain, so I went elsewhere" and she got really rude after that.
My appointment was at 8 AM and you were 45 minutes late in getting to work. You are young and can change your habits. Commit to being early instead of late and it will improve your life!
Like many other “bad” reviews I’ve been on a wait to hear back from them after a referral and call to book for almost a month now, no set appointment. I was supposed to rehab a shoulder tear that is now too far gone to get surgery on. Will be looking for orthopedic therapy elsewhere as they have proven themselves unreliable to new patients. ESPECIALLY if you are on the healthy Michigan plan, don’t expect much.
The whole medical office is friendly and always willing to help. Christina Wang is always friendly caring and willing to talk and answer questions. Love Shoreline Orthopedic and all staff
I can’t remember the name of the Dr I seen here but I do know he is no longer there and moved to another practice! Wait times were lengthy but worth it! I had the worst nerve pain in my arms and hands that it drove me crazy after a car accident! I was able to get surgery on my neck and get disc replacement! Best decision ever! I have not had many issues except maybe a headache here and there and my neck getting stiff when it’s super hot and humid! I do recommend this place!
I went here a few years ago. I had something snap in the back of my knee playing with my child, I went to the ER they had given me this big ole brace for my leg and it had made it feel a lot better. I was able to get into see the now retired Dr. Wolfe. He immediately told me that there was nothing on my X-ray and that I didn't need the brace and then proceeded to tell me about my weight and age. He wasn't interested in helping me with what happened to the back of my knee and what possibly had snapped. Now, a few months ago my husband had an appointment here. He had gotten there early and waited and waited...passed his appointment time and then was told they couldn't see him and to come back the next day. Not impressed with this place at all. If you can go anywhere else please do.
After I made the mistake of scheduling my appointment to early in the morning due to my job and being late, Christi reached out and got me in two days later. I was so glad I got to talk with and see Dr.Hop. Going through with a cortisone shot to ease the pain and talk about next steps really made my day. I would have had to wait at least another month for a reschedule. Thanks again to all for caring enough to get me in when I messed up. Have a great Holiday!
