I only lived her a year, but it has been a wonderful experience, particularly when Erika took over as the property manager. Any issue we ever had was handled in a timely and professional manner and Erika is very down to earth and understanding that we are people, not just tenants. The only thing I would suggest is maybe opening an online rent payment portal as a money order is a little inconvenient, but overall we have loved our time here and are sad to go, but life circumstances and finances are taking us elsewhere. Thank you Erika for your kindness and for making our experience great which is rare in my experience living in apartments/complexes.

I'm currently being evicted after we made payment arrangements, gave them almost 1700.00 and 2 days later they filed the eviction. My rent is only 1295.00. I've been behind a while, my husband passed away April 2, 2016 This place is a horrible place to live, previous maintenance quit due to the half ass and drama they have to put up with. My AC had not been working properly for almost 5 weeks and the Manger and"new" maintenance guy said it is fine, even tho by 2 pm its 80° downstairs and you can't breathe upstairs. I even contacted the corporate and they said well pay your rent.....then I asked when an actual ac company comes out here and there IS something wrong with it what are you going to do, no response. Do not live here. Prior to moving in there was a bed bugs infestation, they had to have the apartment done twice it was so bad. The list if things you turn in when you first move in anywhere to be fixed, well there were tons of items on my list and only 2 were fixed. My daughters closet doors kept falling off and did not work properly so we put them in the hall way so they would not fall over on her 1 year old son, needless to say almost a year later and they have not been fixed still out in the hallway. My stove doesn't heat right either. I am now editing this post as it has been almost another week going on 6 weeks since ac is not working properly. This morning July 3, 2016 I woke up many times dripping sweat, went to see what is the temp in the townhome and it's 78° at 5:30am. I am going to call or email more time so they can once again tell me there is nothing wrong with it.

I’ve lived here for almost two years now and I haven’t had many major complaints. The appliances are bit outdated but the maintenance guys are always on top of anything that you need. The office staff doesn’t bother you unless they need to, the area is awesome, pool is always clean and kept up, and you get an amazing deal for the space you’re given.

I was so thrilled to FINALLY get out of this place. Bed bug infestation that caused my family to have to throw out most of our mattresses and furniture. Cockroaches everywhere, appliances old, not working, filthy, mold and leaking or breaking water pipes. But that wasn't the worst of it. The management who was "Brandi" at the time is down right offense and rude and completely unprofessional and downright offensive. They lie and threaten their residents. It was a total nightmare. I have friends that I watched move in and move right back out--we weren't so lucky to be able to move out as quickly as we wanted to. And it's very unsafe--crime there is outrageous and really shocking. Lots of drug deals and rings going on that you cannot avoid if you ever leave your apartment at night. Needles at the pool, people approach you at the mailboxes regarding drugs, people exposing themselves in windows. And not just my family, but many other tenants were bullied and harassed by management and drug dealers. The police were regularly on the premises but management firmly denied there was a problem and insinuated that we were crazy the times that we or our neighbors called the police. They never offered to pay back anyone for all of the furniture and personal property any of us loss from the bed bug infestation and tried to charge each of us for treating it. I had to get my kids out of there. I only wish I would've researched it better--I moved from South Carolina and it seemed like a OK place. It was not at all.

Our experience here started out okay but ultimately the unit was not insulated properly and we had terrible roach problems. The winter was the worst as we could not get the temperature above 60 degrees at some points even using the fire place and having the heat on. I highly suggest getting Reliant’s fixed electric plan if you live here b/c these are some if the highest prices I’ve ever seen for electricity. This area is in Grapevine, however, it’s definitely the “ghetto of grapevine” cops are around every other day it feels like depending on what area of the complex you live in. The owner is in CA and I’m sure he/she doesn’t care much about this place and it shows. Just some standard updates to the appliances, insulation and making the outside looks somewhat ascetically pleasing could do wonders. It’s not the most terrible place in the world, but there is a LOT that needs improvement for over $1400 a month in rent.

I've lived here since here Sept 2017. The floor plans for the price is ABSOLUTELY amazing. The maintenance guy is very prompt and professional. The other day my air conditioning was not working I called and left a message about 730am before the office opens and they had someone out at 10am that same day!! Fixed the problem in 30 min. Office staff has been nice and professional. It's a very quiet community.

Moved here a couple of months ago, best place money wise and for the sqft . We loved Sherry that's another reason we moved here. Unfortunately Sherry left and they hired a lady who was down right rude didn't put any of my work orders in and was never in the office. I found out she's been replaced! Thank goodness. Maybe my work orders will be put in. I love the area I'm in, people keep it clean on our side and the insides are decent. It's an older place and some people keep crap outside but I'm lucky enough not to live by those people. Hopefully whoever takes over will make people follow what it says on the lease. This has been a quiet neighborhood and we feel safe here. Don't judge it by how others live. It's a great place.

I have lived here for almost 2 years at this property; its a decent place to live which is mostly quiet, safe and affordable. Do not judge it by the exterior the interior and floor plans are great. Sherry Randall and her team is doing an awesome job!! renovating this community.

Do yourself a favor, never go here. Received a "eviction" notice for being 2 days late with a statement on it saying to vacate within 24 hours. Complied with the letter due to money being tight at the time. Recently called to try to settle out with them now that i have the ability to, and was told i owed over $3600. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

My unit was infested with bed bugs like so many others in the community I discovered had while and after I moved in. Pipes burst and flood regularly, the dishwasher and garbage disposal never worked properly, there are giant holes where the pipes and lots of other critters come in from outside, Management/Owner have been shockingly unprofessional and downright threatening and harassing. I'm talking "thug-like" managerial tactics. I have a positive thing to say though and it's about the Maintenance Team. Although they are obviously so understaffed, underfunded and over-worked you can only jimmy-rig things that clearly need to be replaced for so long....they're not magicians they were friendly, efficient, helpful and went overboard to try to do the best with what they had to work with. My comments have no reflection on or direction to them. While there are many WONDERFUL people who live there waiting out their leases, they will tell you as they told me & I pray no one else has to discover it's not a safe community. Mind-swirling amount of crime. Check police reports Again, a wonderful location, the floor plans are great, the schools are excellent, close to several fantastic churches, lots of dining and entertainment--but absolutely not worth the physical/financial risks and across the board losses that so many of us have sustained. I write this not to be a whiner, but as an obligation to try to protect any other person, single mother or family who blindly walks in and is impressed with the floor plan and location and signs quickly before doing their due diligence...like I greatly regret doing and a mistake I'm paying monumentally for.
