Good movies and great environment overall. The staff needs customer service, as many of them look like they hate their job and others just don't care to even answer to a greeting, but if you dont pay attention to that, the place has potential for entertainment for hours. The prices are high regarding drinks, but they also have hotdogs for a great price, which can make up for other expensive items on the menu. The entire place and the bathrooms are clean, and the seats are comfortable. Overall, great for gathering and having a good time any day of the week.
Incredible theater!! I’ve never been to a theater with a bowling alley. I think that was a very cool addition. The arcade area is pretty dope as well. Great prize room. This is a great theater to bowl before the show, catch some snacks and watch a movie while seating in some comfortable seats. I definitely recommend
2/11/2023 My experience was during the late evening. The place was clean and not too pack. I came across an issue were they check my ticket and it turn out the ticket booth machine only printed out one valid ticket but hI had purchase two. Manager got involved and fixed the issue but this took time away from us enjoying our moving. The original employee didnt know how to fix it. Training is obviously needed with some employees here. Movie theater was clean in our assigned seats. There is plenty of video games too incase you want to enjoy before your movie starts. If it was for the delay in getting our tickets due to the ticket booth not printing the tickets correctly then this place would had gotten 5 stars instead. I enjoyed the movies with my family very much! I needed assistance buying tickets and Ms. India the manager was very professional and kind. I definitely can see why she was the manager. She made our time at the movies so much more enjoyable with great customer service. The theatre was also very clean and comfortable. The food is also very well priced. We will definitely be coming back here.
Would help if the Website, Google Maps or the automated phone system said the time they opened for purchasing tix in person. There is a line of people trying to purchase tickets but have no idea what time they open. Its 10:30am.. Update: Finally got my tickets..had to purchase online so I had to pay an extra $4 just to pay online.. simply because the booth wasn't open for me to purchase my tickets in advance. I stayed until 10:50am, the door never unlocked. PS: Didn't appreciate the $8 pizza that was half the size of a store bought oven pizza. The picture says it all. The baby-sized pizza cost just as much as the movie ticket!
Yesterday went to this theater. Went around 7PM to get some tickets to go see The Nun 2. We were standing outside to purchase the tickets and we waited outside for 20mins to see if anyone was going to be in the tickets booth. They never did. And it's hot outside. So we went inside to see what was going on and this lady with tattoos I guess she was the manager. We asked her why wasn't anyone in the ticket booth. She then goes "oh it's to hot outside for my employees. We are doing the tickets inside" someone else told her "well you could have at least put up a sign outside saying to purchase tickets inside. I have a baby with me" the lady then apologizes and says "if you want I can help you" what you could have done is put your employees back in the ticket booth. That ticket booth has A.C. If it was "hot" in there put a fan in there. Wethe customers are the ones that are standing outside in the heat waiting to purchase the tickets with no A.C. all of that could have been avoided if you just put a simple sign up. yall need to do better.
They always have the cleanest places.the bar makes the best drinks. We always enjoy ourselves
Such a great theater went to go watch back to the future because of flashback cinema. After the movie the was done there was a power outage in the theater because of the harsh thunderstorm outside, but luckily the power didn’t go out while I was watching the movie
I been coming here for years but not just to watch movies. I've had plenty date nights with the hubbie at the bar and bowling alley, and family days with the kids at the arcade, even celebrated birthday gatherings in the party rooms. Fun atmosphere and great vibes here. Best Cinema there is, Period.
Hadn’t been to the movies in a minute, so I called up and talked to a young lady named Serena , who was super helpful and knowledgeable, so I went and everyone from the bar to the ticket talker was a good vibe the place was clean and the popcorn was fresh , I’ll definitely be goin back to enjoy the whole experience next time I didn’t know they had a arcade and bowling , oh they are cashless but they have a machine to add money on gift card , great place … even though I didn’t like the movie I saw lol
