4D Cinema- Good experience in general. However, the seats are VERY creaky which took away from the experience of enjoying the movie. Friendly service. Butter dispenser did not work. Clean cinema including the bathrooms.
This location has a 4-D movie theater which is so FUN! I wouldn’t recommend watching a long movie in 4-D but I do recommend if you never done this before to give it a try. This cinema has a bar and if you like nachos they actually have warm cheese and jalapeño which earn bonus points for me. Everyone was helpful, Place was clean and parking was decent.
I love this showcase cinema!! It's big with lots of movies and the seats are awesome! No obstructed views and a relaxing atmosphere. The snack stand had friendly servers, the drinks were cold and the popcorn fresh & crispy. Ample parking outside and a wonderful experience everytime. Bern coming here for more than 20 years and will keep coming back because it's great movie experience here!

This is a great theater but does have some drawbacks. Definitely not that great when the youth flood in, they make a mess of the place and unfortunately not sure the staff can handle it when it happens. The 4DMX theater is pretty neat but please, a little bit of maintenance is needed for some of those sqeeky mechanics in those chairs. The IMAX theater is great, the picture and sound are amazing. Overall a great movie theater just maybe a bit more staffing.
I have been going to this movie theater for many years. I really love this chain because they offer reclining seats, great views consistently from wherever you sit. The service is good. There are always great films showing. Even a good selection of special showing of classics.
Understaffed, which means long lines for snacks/drinks and dirty bathrooms. Only IMAX theater in the area so it's been my go-to for years!
Easy parking, good sized lobby. Concession was friendly and hot food was ready quickly. The location was clean and the theater was ready well ahead of time for seating. The only two issues were that the cleaning lights were still on at the beginning of the movie. As a former cinema manager I went and shut them off myself. However, before the end credit roll the bright cleaning lights abruptly turned back on as a staff member rolled on in to start cleaning before anyone had even left yet. This location may want to discuss proper procedure related to the cleaning lights with their staff.
It has been some time since I have been to the theater for the full "going to see a movie" experience. We saw Oppenheimer in IMAX Auditorium 5 the sound, picture, and quality of production were stellar. This is a theater that places a premium on getting the viewing experience right, from service, comfort, and technical capabilities. Great job to the management, floor staff, and technicians that maintain this awesome spot. Highly recommend. Also, the movie we saw will no doubt be recorded as one of the finest cinematic contributions post-covid.
4D is amazing here! I do not recommend if you don’t like moving a lot or like on a roller coaster tho, if not this i recommend here!!! I been coming for awhile here anytime I can to see movies, really, this place is amazing, even one day a movie we paid to see wouldn’t play, and they gave us new tickets to see another 4D movie! I don’t regret it I was upset at first but the movie did not disappoint!
