All of our trainers are certified fitness professionals. We have over 30 years combined experience in the health and fitness industry. Our clients range from competitive athletes, youth athletics, rehabilitation patients, pre and post pregnancy women and older adults to individuals with various health and fitness goals. At Showtime Physique, our trainers provide fitness assessments, body fat analysis and other test before developing a customized training program specifically for your personal and fitness needs.
