POWER OUT IN AUSTIN. Booked the Raddison OMG horrible place!! After 2 nights there, I knew I had to find another option. Thank you lord I found Studio 6! Staff-10, Property-10, Room-10 , Cleanliness-10!! What more can I say? I will be here until the Power is restored at home!! The room has full FRIDGE, MICROWAVE, Coffe maker and a Toaster ! They also have free parking with a Pass from the front desk!
I love shopping here if you spend some time. Pretty easy to find some amazing deals. But if you see a deal be sure to pick it up cuz the deals can go by fast. I was looking at a Camelback thought I could come back the next day and pick it up but they were all sold out. Love all the outdoor gear!
Very clean, organized, and much more stuff than other Sierra stores I’ve been too! Saw some great finds, and staff was kind and efficient at checkout.
Initially I went in this Sierra Trading Post to use the restroom. But to my dismay, there was none to be found. Since I was in the store I decided to look around and see if there was anything of interest. Although I did find something, the customer service of this location was very sparse. I basically had to hunt down an employee to ask a simple question and then she was quite short with her answers as well as the employee at checkout. There are many stores that I spend my money at, this probably won't be one of them.
Kaitlyn was extremely helpful helpful regarding a fairly large return that I had. She also was happy to help me find a pair of shoes in my size at another store. She’s very friendly and polite.
Definitely my favorite Sierra location in the Denver metro area due to their volume of inventory. They have more and better brands I've noticed than others and always have more camping and hiking stock, especially packs.
Don't judge the store by its cover, this Sierra is a neat, tidy outlet for the discount outdoor chain. The women's and men's sections are well laid out, and ordered well. No piles of mismatched clothes or wrong sizes here! The larger shoe sizes for ladies were a real surprise, since I rarely have success with Sierra having anything more than an 8.5. The camping section features a toooon of hammocks but not much else beyond camping food, which was a bit too bad. The luggage section definitely surprised me for how much it had. I wasn't able to find what I needed but there's probably a lot of gems in here, but none for kids.
I always think of Sierra as an outdoor gear company, which they are, but they're also more than that. I forget they sell luggage, workout accessories, cooking supplies, books, active wear, AND outdoor gear! Great prices on everything and a nice alternative to the more expensive REI-type options.
This is a great store but the shining star is the cashier hunter. Hunter restores my faith in humanity. He is very pleasant and kind and turns my bad days into good ones when he handles my clothing. Thanks hunter
Good products. Great people. Manager jumped through hoops to help me.
